Upon arriving, I was so excited! That feeling turned into disappointment pretty quickly. I paid for an ocean view room. That’s not what I received. The construction of new rooms was blocking the majority of the ocean view. Also, the construction noise was not what I wanted to hear (which occurred during my entire vacation). My concerns and request for a different room were poorly addressed by Divi All Inclusive’s hotel manager (on duty at the time of my arrival). She was extremely impolite, unprofessional, and dismissive. She would not authorize a room change. There were a number of other issues: hair in the bathroom, a roach in the sink, no room service, no swim up bar in the pools, and no waiters or waitresses present to take orders for food or drinks while poolside.

I loved the gorgeous beach at this resort. The food and drinks were really good. The service was good, but they call Aruba one happy island, and I did not see that in the staff. Hardly anyone smiled or made small talk. Not even at the bars. Took awhile to be greeted at the front desk. Also, our room was right by a lot of construction. We paid extra for an ocean view but half of it was taken over by construction so kind of disappointing.

This was our first time to Aruba and this was the perfect place to relax. The resort is clean, staff is outgoing and friendly and the beach is gorgeous. My wife and I plan on coming back again some day.

Went with a large group and chose this location for the convenience of readily available food and drinks for kids of all ages. Prior to our arrival we downloaded the app so that we could make reservations at the restaurants. The app did not work and we were unable to make any reservations prior to our arrival. Once on property, nothing was available. At check in there was 1 employee at the front desk. We had 25 in our group and another large group arrived behind us. During check in, several other guests were coming up to the desk advising that their wristband/room key, was not functioning properly. The woman assisting us then had to stop to assist them, and return to us. While My specific reservation was for 1 King room, and 2 rooms both with queen beds. I was told they did not have any queen rooms available, we would receive 3 king rooms. Well, that doesn’t really work when you need space for 8 people with older kids, male and female, who shouldn’t be sharing beds. We were told there was nothing that could be done, but they would get us a rollout bed. The staff overall was not super friendly, and many people in our group fwd the made to feel like they were bothering the staff when ordering food/drinks. The main lobby bathroom smelled dirty, and on the few occasions that I used it there was toilet paper on the floor and the stalls were not maintained. The rooms were eh. The beach was beautiful.

Great beach! Dining was not as good as expected. Pure Lime was terrible. How can you mess up Mexican food? No taste and small portions. All others were good. Buffet got tired and on last day was understaffed.

The property is beautiful, drinks were amazing and food was very good. Nightly entertainment was pretty good but wish they had more going on during the day around the pool, competitions, games, etc. At times, there was a DJ playing music and asked a few questions in exchange for a tshirt but did not get the crowd excited much.

The staff and the service was excellent. The construction which began at 7:00 am and ended in the evening took away from the relaxing environment. There were no activities for kids. The music which is signature for resorts was barely audible over the noise. The food was average and similar every day.

The staff was wonderful! Hotel was under a remodeling and banging, sawing down trees around our pool made it difficult to relax. Trying to get reservations in the restaurants was a nightmare! The beach was pristine. Would suggest not staying here until the complete remodel is done. Sorry for this review but should have bee aware prior to our booking!
