Great location and excellent service. Our hostess was great and makes an excellent old fashioned. Comfortable clean room. The pastries and fresh fruit in the morning are delicious.

We really liked the option to park in back, where some B&B's in the area do not have this and you are limited to street only. Staff was very nice!

Beautiful old house , breakfast is amazing! Ruby makes homemade muffins and other pastries that are out of this world ! We definitely would stay here again, and would recommend it to others! The location is also fabulous. You can walk to just about everywhere in the historic district. Lacon , the concierge was so sweet and helpful !!

Had a great time at the Ballastone. It is so convenient to downtown shops and dining. You can catch the trolley right there, and the staff was so friendly. My wife and I very much enjoyed the experience.

Outstanding staff!
Room was very comfortable, clean with a very at home feeling. Manager and the entire staff was outstanding. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late however they were very accommodating and took all the stress away. Highly reommended.

I was traveling alone and had never been to Savannah before. Catherine and Christine were wonderful hosts and full of great information about historical Savannah. Jackie one of the house maids was wonderful to me as well i enjoyed my conversation with her and admired her 26 year loyalty to The Ballastone. thank you all for a wonderful stay!
