Everything was great. Perfect location for shopping, squares, trolley, tours, restaurants. Beds comfortable, apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Very Noisy on Sat night until 2am (but this is an area problem, not the apartments problem), but weeknights were normal city noise.

The location was great in the center of the Historic District Savannah. The only caution is to be aware that this is an older building and the elevator operation is iffy. The elevator was out for the lot 3 days of our stay. With this one exception, everything was great.

Great property and location! I would recommend bringing foam earplugs and a night mask (we were facing Whitaker Street) if you are a light sleeper. A vibrant nightlife is VERY close by!

Fabulous location, spacious apt., wonderful decor

The apartment and the location were perfect! We would definitely stay again. It was clean, lovely and spacious, and the decor was so wonderfully done with thoughtful details. Check in was not fun. We were early and had to leave our bags at Lucky Savannah, which is the management company for this apt. The southern hospitality we were expecting was disappointing. We were greeting abruptly and were instantly reminded of the check in rules and strict timing. When we picked up our bags and walked to the apartment, the code we were given for access to the room did not work. We were not one minute early due to previous warnings. Thankfully and luckliy the delightful cleaning woman was just finishing up. She told us that the code on the door never worked and she ended up giving us a key from a nearby lockbox (which we were never informed of). Without her assistance, we would not have been able to access the room. We used the key all week and returned it when we checked out. Besides the rough beginning, we still enjoyed the place very much!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment itself was beautiful the only problem was the construction out front and didn't know where to unload our luggage. The alarm was going off in the elevator but my husband fixed it. I was afraid to go on the elevator the 3 days that we were there so 53 steps each time up and down. Besides that the apartment was nicely decorated and in a perfect location. We parked in the parking garage and never moved the car in 3 days.

Very nice place, but requesting for early check-in/dropping bags off is not an option.

Place was styled great, clean and very cool place. Location is perfect. Short walks everywhere and to everything. Had bad experience with the property company managing. Requested early check in or drop bags off. Said “you will get notification when the room is ready”. Room looked like it was ready hours before…and never got a notification of the room being ready. Would love to drop bags off to not lug them around. Very inconvenient to not drop them off, need better communication from the property management.

Classy Luxury Centrally located

Beautiful 3rd floor apt in older building. Spacious, comfortable, with chic design choices that made it a pleasure to spend time in between Savannah adventures. We passed the creaky elevator and walked the stairs.

Nice Getaway for our Anniversary!

This place is tucked in the heart of the historic district. We could walk every where you wanted to go. Be aware as it in a popular part of town it is a little noisy. So if you are looking for quiet all the way through the night it may not work for you. My wife and I loved the furnishings and beds were comfortable. We ate in on one evening and the kitchen had all the essentials. If I had one suggestion it would be to add black out drapes in the bed room. The street lights were really bright. Overall, it was a great romantic weekend! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing condo and location however parking was not as easy as parking on street.... Everyone parks on the street so there is actually no where to park that is close to the condo. Had to park in a parking garage about five blocks away at 10.00 a day! So only bad thing is parking everything else was great about the condo!!!!

Location could not have been better - walking distance to everything (which means it can get loud at night - but that is the environment we were looking for!). Apartment was well decorated and a great home base to explore Savannah. Would definitely stay again!

Nice but noisy

When I first walked up to the entry and went into the lobby and the sketchy elevator, I was a little worried. Thankfully the room was great. There is a bar under the place and it gets very loud. Also, lots of people outside screaming all hours of the night. Bring sound devices and earplugs. Clean and nice once inside.

Nice place, but consider if you want to be downtown.

Great little apartment. A few things to keep in mind- the elevator is a bit spooky- very old and creaky. You are right off broughton street so it is incredibly loud with shouting and laughing, drinking, etc. (even during the week in May) and bright. The first bedroom is significantly more warm than the second and the rest of house so quite uncomfortable in terms of sleeping temperature. Fun location, but the sleeping was miserable. Please provide fans, darkening drapes, and bring a noise machine! But, super cute in terms of decoration and the plus to the noise is the central location.
