Guests looking for a modern, comfortable stay amongst the 100-year-old oak trees will not be disappointed with 320 Hall. Newly built just two blocks East of Forsyth Park, this three-bedroom row house has every modern amenity desirable for a comfortable stay.

Just off the cobblestone-paved East Hall Street, 320 East is situated amongst a row of newly constructed town homes. After parking your vehicle safely and securely towards the back, guests enter into the wide open living area. With ample seating for the whole family and a smartTV, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out.

Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms. The first is the primary bedroom with King size bed and en suite bath. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with basketweave marble tile floors and modern light fixtures.

Beautiful house super convenient location!
House was perfect - super clean, nice touches, and nicely decorated. The location is amazing - you can walk to so many parks and a beautiful walk through town if you are trying to get river street. Would absolutely recommend!

Girls Trip
This home was perfect! There was more than enough space for the 7 of us. The home was even bigger than the photos make it look. Location was great - coffee place and grocery store directly across the street. Forsyth park was a 10 min walk and River Street was about a 30 min walk. The only minor issues were the kitchen sink had trouble draining and we were given the wrong check in code for the lockbox so I had to call the office but was given a new code right away so it was resolved quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

It was not clean in general. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. Marble countertops were not taken care of. We also saw cockroaches on the lower level. 😕 The location was great. The neighbors were very nice.

My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely, spacious, and very centrally located. There were only a few minor things that I feel like could have made it even better. There were some broken blinds in the rooms that we had to improvise with covering the window with a comforter for privacy . The kitchen was missing a few items, such as only one dish towel, no large pasta strainer, no trivets, or Tupperware for left overs. Other than these few somewhat minor things, I would definitely recommend this home for families. We will most likely be returning for another stay here somewhere in the future.

Great location, only 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park. I think the home furnishings are a little worn. King bed and queen bed very uncomfortable. Floor was petty dirty, our 2 year old was walking around with no socks and his feet were filthy. Those with socks were dirty as well.

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the nights leading up to my wedding and it was the perfect space for us. The bunkbeds were so useful! The main living space and master bedroom were perfect for the morning of the wedding photos. Perfect location! Would definitely love to stay here again :)

Location was in a great neighborhood. Near SCAD and Forsyth Park. Kroger across the street. Bonus was a Mate / coffee shop on the corner. New construction with old style feel. Hardwood floors, great high ceilings and modern full size baths and kitchen. Off street private parking too.

Awesome VRBO!
We had a fantastic experience in Savannah! The VRBO was centrally located, and we walked almost everywhere. The area felt safe, and there was a great coffee shop across the street. The host was extremely easy to communicate with, and they stored our bags for us when we checked out. The house was clean and beautifully renovated. Great property and just as described. Close to trolley or easy to walk to lots of places. Very clean. Only negative was the crabby neighbor. Let me preface this by saying that we were here for our 70 year old mom’s retirement. Our very first day, we were standing and admiring the gardens out front next to the sidewalks. The neighbor came out and asked if we were renters. We replied yes thinking she was starting a conversation. WRONG! She then replied and told us to “stay off her property”. We were caught off guard and thought she was joking. WRONG! She then said “get off my stepping stones or pay me $200”. We quickly stepped off her STEPPING stones and stepped on to the sidewalk. It was such a strange interaction and kind of shadowed our stay. Don’t admire the neighbors flowers on the sidewalk. Otherwise, a great property!

Oh What Fun!
Thank you for making our grandmother/daughters/granddaughters “girl” trip such a wonderful experience. We loved the location, the townhouse was very clean and the customer service was stellar. Such a cute property to stay at. Super clean. Seamless check in. Games in closet. Lots of clean towels. Hangers to hang clothes. About a ten minute drive to downtown area. Kroger grocery store literally right across the street. Enjoyed being able to sit on front and back porch. Highly recommend!

Surviving Savannah Book Club Get Away
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our book club, On the Same Page, read Surviving Savannah this past fall. We took a pole and headed to your beautiful city. Everything, down to the quaint coffee shop on the corner, fit our needs. This was just what 8 elementary teachers needed after a COVID year of teaching.
