So not included in the room price is a $50 mandatory parking fee. When I received my bill I was also charged a $25 destination fee for parking so a total of $75/day just for parking. It doesn’t say this anywhere on the website so you don’t find out until after you get there.

I booked online with Expedia, i checked in online for a two night stay. When i arrived at 4 am they did not hav a room for me. Thy gave me a spare place to stay for the moment then got me a room later in the day. It all worked out but just a hassle after i thought we where all set online.

They had a wheelchair for my father-in-law, which was great. We had to move rooms 3 times though! First time for an insane barking dog, second time because they put us in a small room that didn’t match the first, and then to the third. The issue was very confusing and annoying. They really shouldn’t let dogs in the hotel. And the hotel staff should be trained on how to handle these issues promptly. In the end it worked out.

I have been to savannah for NY celebration twice before, but I think the Hyatt is far better than any other place to stay. Great location.

Awesome getaway
Excellent all the way around we had an awesome experience. Everybody is friendly. We come here 2 to 3 times a year, because we have always had great experience.
