Located on beautiful Washington Square, this garden level apartment can provide comfortable accommodations for up to four Lucky guests. If you want to stay near the heart of Savannah’s nightlife and dining but still have a quiet retreat awaiting you each night, Washington Square Garden is the home you’ve been looking for.

Renovated to provide all the modern conveniences, you’ll still have the original exposed brick walls and ceiling beams to enjoy in the living room. Two red, plush couches provide plenty of seating, one doubling as a queen sleeper sofa. The small kitchen is very functional, and has everything you’ll need during your stay, including a mini fridge, microwave, and electric range. Enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar before strolling down River Street, where you can shop and dine in renovated cotton warehouses as you watch ships make their way down the Savannah River.

The digital nomad can get some work done at the desk in the bedroom, and when the day is done, curl up in the king sized bed for some quality shut-eye. The ensuite bath has a large double vanity, walk-in shower, and plenty of towels to use during your stay.

Nice Basement Apartment
This is a nice place in a great location in Savannah. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Parking was on the street for us, you pay the meter $1/hour between 8am-8pm with overnight and Sunday free. I have read a lot of people have trouble with parking, we were steps from the door and there seemed to be plenty available within a block in all directions. The apartment was nice with a comfortable bed, the pictures are accurate. We had no noise issues as others had talked about. The water pressure was a little low, but workable. The front door didn’t always close tight, it’s old, but it does if you pull it firmly. No real issues, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great Location
Overall 9.99 of 10. I fully believe reviews are meant to help the owner get ever better than they already are. It was a bit unusual that there were no wash clothes in the bathroom. The mini fridge is a bit challenging but it was clearly stated in the description and being 110% honest there just isn’t room for a full size fridge. Overall, the condo was an amazing shape and it’s clean as it could possibly be. The check-in process was super easy and lucky made every attempt to communicate with us as much as possible. Check out was also extremely easy. The location of the property is second to none. You are close to every single thing you want to see in Savannah. The review might be a little nitpicky, but we would absolutely return to this very unit again for years to come right. Lucky is absolutely a preferred provider!!! Great job!!!!

Location, location, location! This Houston St. gem is a short walk to Savannah's best spots. If your feet get tired, cabs are cheap and easy to find. The house was clean and comfy, although a bit musty at first. Overall, a great spot to explore this beautiful city!

Great location, but…
the apartment is very small and smells musty. Very old and tiny kitchen so it would be hard to use anything other than the coffee maker. The bathroom was very clean but had very few towels for a 4 night stay and only 2 rolls of toilet paper so we bought our own. The bed was comfortable but I did have what appeared to be spider bites on my lower legs when I woke up. Overall the location made up for the negatives as it was an easy walk to most of the areas we were interested in visiting.

Was construction going on day and night, sawing, hammering, banging ladders, thomping around. Also plug in didn’t work in the bathroom, kitchen light switch broken, no light in the kitchen. Was burnt out. Mold in the bathroom shower. Window sills dirty. Outside steps were slippery with weeds and moss and dangerous. Freezer was solid ice and had to pick it out. Bed was nice

Comfortable, but for the money I expected more.
A great location and comfortable basement apartment. The couches and bed were comfortable. For the money, though, I expected more in the way of an updated kitchen. It is a tiny space, lacking an icemaker, wine glasses and knives. The walls and floors don't seem to be insulated and we heard amplified sounds from upstairs and the back. Only one hanger is in the closet. The entry had not been cleaned for our arrival. There was also a piece of wood out there with the nails pointing up, ready to harm a foot. The toilet paper and paper towels provided were so thin they were practically non-existent. The facial tissues were non-existent. Again, for the money, I expected more. These are all things easily corrected, except for perhaps the insulation.

Don’t expect to check in early
Don’t expect to check in early. We arrived an hour early and was told we couldn’t enter despite no one being inside the house. So we waited in the park on the bench without our luggage until we could check in. When we entered the house smelled so strong of cleaner we had to leave the doors open to air it out. The neighbors are pretty loud and since one internal door from the living room goes into another home, you could hear everything from their house. The living room furniture could use a good clean. The living room chair used to be white but looks quite gross. Can’t imagine what the red sofa would look like without a dark color. The bed is comfortable.. everything else was Great.

The location is great. It is close to the River and is located in the historic district and on one of the squares. The unit is on the first floor of the home and the noise from the tenants above was quite loud. They weren’t so much noisy as much as you heard them closing doors, walking around, cooking and cleaning. We thoroughly enjoyed Savannah and will visit again.

Pro Location was great Con The floors were not clean It is 3 steps down so technically a basement felt damp when rained. Privacy: There is a door in the living room on the other side of it is a space used by other occupants of the house. I could hear every word in a conversation of someone speaking on the phone. In morning I woke up at 6 am from the radio playing and footsteps.

Great location
Location is perfect! The only con was the move noise from the person who lives above the unit. It’s not normally something that bothers me but with it being an older home you can hear everything at baseline but it seemed like the person was doing burpees at the most random times in the morning. I could hear the person washing dishes. BUT the unit was clean, exactly what I needed for my vacation, and a great location.

Property was in a great location, within walking distance to everything I wanted to do and see. The property itself was a nice cozy basement dwelling. Tend to stay pretty humid throughout the night, but that is somewhat expected when visiting Savannah in the summertime.

The People Under the Stairs
Positives of this rental: Beautiful location Bed was comfortable Clean rental Plenty of towels Price (depending on time of year) Professional property management Negatives of this rental: Loud neighbors above rental No internet Wasp nest close to key lock Parking (passes available at Bryan Street Parking garage, NOT Welcome Center) Since this unit is located in an old carriage house, you can hear EVERYTHING! It sounded like someone was dropping a bowling ball everytime they walked. You can hear conversations clearly. Also at 5am a bed was squeaking loud. Luckily that only lasted about 2 minutes. When neighbors slam door in middle of night it's startling. You can also hear people walking by. I could not access the internet. I notified property manager but still could not connect. You will need a parking pass. Cost me about $38 dollars for my entire 3 day stay. Savannah is busy during weekends so difficult to find a spot close to unit. Not a bad rental if you can deal with loud neighbors and no internet.

Beautiful clean apartment right on historic Square in the middle of everything. Only drawback were the street sweepers that keep the squares clean that run from 3 in the morning till 4 twice a week

Nice & cozy in a superb location
This is a small and cozy property located 2 blocks from the river in the heart of the historic district. You can walk anywhere and parking was always available. We had a great time and would come back. Although they could do a better job with cleaning the place, overall it was a great stay.

Good but could be better
Pros: App was great to give all info needed to get to property and to access the house. The location was amazing. It is in walking distance of anything downtown. There is a park right outside your door. Parking was not too expensive but you have to pay Mon-Sat 8a-8p, owner does suggest getting a parking pass at visitor center. There was kitchen supplies, coffee maker and all the major kitchen appliances as well as travel shampoo, soap ect. For the bathroom. Cons: The property is old. Cleanliness was good but there was mold on ceiling in the bathroom, the bed spread had black specks resembling leave pieces or dirt and there were stains on sheets. We decided to put our own blankets on top & slept on those. The bed support had fell before we got there, so the mattress sunk in the middle and it felt like a sleeping in a sink hole. Others had mentioned the water pressure, but it was only bad in the bathroom sink. The shower water pressure was perfectly fine. In the morning and afternoon it sounded like someone was Marching upstairs like kids running constantly.
