This charming, one-bedroom, one-bath ground level apartment is just a stones-throw from Forsyth Park! Comfortable furnishings with a modern flair will have you “living like a local” on the Historic District’s famous Gaston Street. Located just a block away from beautiful Forsyth Park, this updated apartment is the perfect retreat for two or four Lucky guests.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a open space that offers a beautifully renovated galley kitchen, modern furnishings and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can enjoy breakfast from the comfort of your home-away-from-home. The dining area is open to the living area, which offers a comfortable couch, and a large flat-screen TV. The bedroom has a Queen bed, and lots of closet space so you can settle in during your stay. Great location
Never had to move the car once parked on site. Forsyth Park was so close to us & the bus stop also. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - even the river front. Love that is was a ground unit - no stairs to climb.

Our Lucky Savannah apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was located across from Forsyth Park, about a mile walk to River Street and walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was perfect to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We look forward to staying there again.

We loved that this was situated across the road from Forsyth Park. It was easy to access Kroger, River Street & the Historic District. The traffic was somewhat overwhelming at times and the streets were narrow. We were thankful we had private parking. This was a big plus!

Nice place in a perfect location!
Property was exactly as described and depicted. Comfortable space, GREAT shower, very convenient to have the in-unit washer dryer, and having a designated parking spot reserved in the parking lot behind the unit was key. The location is right across from Forsythe Park, and a short walk to lots of great bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Savannah.

Great Location, Safe parking
Very clean and well maintained, and located across the street from Forsyth Square, the largest. I suggest booking on the weekend, and take advantage of the Farmers' Market at the park. I'm 71, and the stroll to River Street was informative, beautiful, and doable, with benches, shops (check out SCAD exhibits!), bars, and restaurants along the route. Parking was well lit and monitored by security cameras. As typical of Savannah weather, rain showers came and went. I would suggest creating a walkway between the paved parking area and the rear patio, to avoid tracking dirt and leaf debris into the bedroom. I might also add that a sleep number bed would be a definite plus. Finally, if you arrive tired and hungry, order delivery from Screamin' Mimi's Pizza. Yum!

Your property was in a great location. It served our purpose very well. It would have been nice if the AC unit had worked. We had vacation plans with friends so packing up out things and moving to another unit 1/2 way through our visit wasn't one of the plans.

Great location
Located next to Forsyth park was great. Went to the park on Saturday and got to see lots of vendors plus weddings going on. Having a dedicated parking space was nice as well. Plenty long hike to Broughton street but if you like walking it’s a breeze.

The weekend getaway we needed.
Property was as described. Once we got there we parked the car & didn’t move it until we left. Definitely a plus! We walked everywhere. It was just the weekend getaway we needed. We had some good food and fun. Looking forward to going back. One downside, I wish there was room to have a sitting chair in the living area. Another positive, I expected to hear noise from the apartments around us and we really didn’t. It was very peaceful considering it was downtown.

Great location especially for those who enjoy walking. Having our own parking is great too. The only complaint would be that the sofa is not real comfortable and seating is limited. A nice sectional might be better.

Fantastic location, beautiful city!
Had an amazing time in the city for new years eve and day. The place was very affordable and had everything you could need. BUT there were Cockroach 🤦‍♂️! Female friend could barely sleep because of it 😬. Shower did not drain properly/ drained slow. Water was did get very hot which I loved! All and all just needs pets control.

Property was true to listing and location. Nice to be able to park a car w/o worrying about street parking. Easy entry and checkout, which was appreciated. We were within 8/10 of a mile walk from most everything and we walked everywhere when feasible. Saw many weddings at Forsyth Park. Notes for Management: I believe the unit wasn't used recently and thus a bit of mold was on the shower curtain and a mildew ring in the toilet. Nothing concerning to us overall, just would have been nice not to have it there upon checkin. We did not need to communicate with management during our stay so nothing to report either way. which is probably good. Bed was comfy enough and was a queen size.. Again, great location and Savannah is a great historic city!

Loved the location right across the street from Forsyth Park and the trolley stop was a couple of blocks away. Space was very pretty and updated. Well stocked with necessities. Perfect for a couple. Only negatives: laminate floors were not clean (very dirty feet and socks from walking on it), keurig wouldn’t heat, couch needs to be replaced.

Our check in was very easy! I love the app that they use. It literally has everything you could possibly need on it! The place was just like the pictures, very clean and cute! The location was perfect! 20 min walk to downtown.. 5 minute drive to downtown .. 10 minute drive to River St .. 30 min drive to Tybee Island. forsyth park Is right across the street! BEAUTIFUL. I would definitely rent this property again if I come back to Georgia! Check out was also very easy! My boyfriend and I were very happy!

Great spot snuggled in the most beautiful park
Perfect spot for a long weekend away. Location was wonderful. Quiet area but within walking distance to the heart of downtown. Strolled Forsyth park which was beautiful and then basically just walked everywhere all weekend long! Having the parking spot was wonderful and what we needed as we were down there for a triathlon and had bikes and lots of stuff to get in:out of the car. Made it much nicer to be able to just go out back and unload/load our vehicle and not have to worry about paying to park or getting towed or anything! The place was just what we needed, not too big , not too small. We weren’t there often as Savannah has so much to do we were gone a lot. When we got there the code to unlock the door was wrong and we couldn’t get in, but called the property company and they got it fixed for us and updated in our app in no time. That was the only problem we had and it was resolved quickly so it was all good after that! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and trip and would stay again and will recommend this location!
