Don’t stay here

“Non- smoking room” no such thing. Room smells very strong of smoke. Burn holes in blankets. Dirty, hair on towels, hair in tub. Stains on curtains. This place is a dump. I would rather sleep in my car. Place should be shut down. *didn’t stay, been a week now and still waiting for refund*

Tender love and care definitely needed.

First room i had booked the keycards would not work, second try with keycards reprogrammed and the door would not unlock, despite keycards working. Was told by maint guy that door was broken and would need to be replaced and they should give me a different room. Finally get in the room and there was a strong odor as soon as we walked in the room. The carpets left horrible black stains on my childrens feet from all the muck and grime. Barely any of the outlets worked and were all loose. Chargers wouldnt even stay in them. And the deadbolt on the door had been broken and not repaired at all. The rooms really to be better maintained and i feel like they should check that things work as they should before allowing the rooms to be booked. I would not say these rooms are worth $100 dollars a night. The lady at the front desk was at least friendly and was trying to fix the issue with the first door not working.

The location is great, as well as the breakfast. The room looks and smells old and moist, even with the ac on. Our room was in the back, and the next morning on the way to breakfast area, all doors were locked, we had to turn all the way around. Check in was very fast which was good. There was an obvious stains on the quilt, looks like old blood or juice/soup. And it was seen the next morning, so really felt not good.

Unfortunately smelly

This was a really rough experience. The hotel stunk like cigarettes and weed even though we are not in a smoking room. To the staffs credit, they did a good job responding to the problem and trying to fix it by letting us try three diffrent rooms, but unfortunatly the whole place smelled.
