Follow the cobblestones on Jones Street - voted “America’s Prettiest Street” by Southern Living Magazine - to this stately parlor-level apartment. Steps away from sought-after attractions like The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, Mercer-Williams House, and the Sorrell-Weed House, this home is ideal for those interested in Savannah's architectural history.

Enter up a short set of stairs to the Parlor Level of this 1800s standalone manor. The formal parlor room greets guests and acts as a casual living space; ideal for catching up with close friends and family. Classic French decor seen throughout is elegant yet relaxed and comfortable. Adjacent is the dining room and kitchen, with a washer and dryer hidden behind. Both bedrooms boast stunning views of historic Savannah, along with the modern amenities you expect like smart TVs, central A/C, and ample storage space. The first bedroom is spacious with a King bed and large closet. The full bath is exclusive to those guests and located just off the hall.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and wall-to-wall windows, allowing a fantastic view of historic Jones Street. Blinds allow for guest privacy at night. This bedroom's full bath is en suite, with a tub/shower combination. After a full day of touring (and shopping!) Savannah, relax with a cocktail in the courtyard gardens. You'll love spending each evening beneath the stars.

Parking for this home is a breeze with two designated spots just behind the home (one in front of the other). On-street parking is also available and non-metered, although guests will need to be wary of Sweep Zone signs.

Centrally located, this home is within walking to distance to many of Savannah's most treasured historic homes, and is also very close to multiple green spaces like our Forsyth Park (famous for its Fountain), Madison Square, and Chippewa Square. A walk along Bull Street in either North-South direction is the perfect way to see and learn about our beautiful city.

Beautiful property and great location, but a few additional touches could have made it perfect: hand towels (only bath towels and washcloths were supplied); soap dish and extra soaps (or larger bar of soap) in bathrooms (we ran out of soap by the end of our three-day stay); more hooks in bathrooms for hanging damp bath towels; a cookie sheet for reheating leftovers in the oven.

Perfect location
I would be giving this property 5 stars, but the check-in process needs improvement. Make sure you totally understand that you will not receive the ”unique access code” to enter the property until 4:00 pm (personally I feel that’s late). Communication isn’t the greatest.

Very nice stay. Great communication with management. They promptly addressed any issues or questions we had. Master bathroom is tiny and there is barely any water pressure in the shower, we had to ask for tissues and more soaps and we ran out of toilet paper. There is a nice coffee station but there was no coffee. BUT. all of these issues were addressed immediately, which was wonderful. Wifi not the best, and our Verizon cell service want great inside or in Savannah in general. The house is in a most beautiful location, walking distance to everything, and the parking spots were a plus.

Perfect location and beautiful home
The apartment was perfect in every way! It was clean, and we found everything we could possibly need. The beds were so comfy, and we loved the feeling we had gone back in time with the fine decorating. The location was perfect for walking to Forsyth Park; so many wonderful restaurants to choose from, and we even went to see a fantastic play at the Savanah historic theater that was a .4 mile walk, so it was all just perfect! The parking spot was in the back, so we did not have to pay or park on the street. We will recommend this to friends. It was pricey, but we loved it and would stay there again for sure. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, which made this apartment very special.

Beautiful Home on a Beautiful Street
This property was fantastic as far as location. Jones Street is truly beautiful and you can basically walk anywhere from there. Clary's across the street was a great place for breakfast and if you are so inclined, mass at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist is beautiful and two blocks away. The house had everything we needed for our family of 5. The bathroom off the master is small, so don't expect a master suite bathroom. The house is old but that is what makes it so charming. I truly felt like I was in the quintessential historic Savannah home. My favorite thing was opening up the shutters in the mornings and being able to see the view of Jones Street. The only thing that made me give the property a lower rating was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were stains on some of the towels and linens. I wasn't comfortable using them like that so I washed everything (thank goodness the unit has a full size washer and dryer) but none of the stains came out. That kind of yucked me out. Also, the doorways and doors are filthy on the high touch areas. I didn't even want to touch them. I think the house would benefit from a magic eraser scrub down just because there were spots that were very grimy. There were some light bulbs out and the vent on the A/C was very dirty. These are all things that can be remedied to make this property be a 5/5.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a weekend getaway and had a great time. It’s located in between Forsyth Park and the River district, so everything that we wanted to do was in walking distance. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative I can say is that the cleaners accidentally left a bag of trash inside the door when they cleaned after the previous guests, but it was no big deal. Great property, I hope we can come back up and stay again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent Christmas trip to Savannah, Ga. We stayed at Parlour Suite on Jones(Dec.23-Dec.26). It is a beautiful home, and we all really enjoyed our time there. Our home was very conveniently located in the historic area of Savannah. The neighborhoods were very beautiful and great for walking. Beautiful homes, parks, decorations, and great places to dine were all around! We were very impressed with our booking agent, Lucky Savannah! They were very available, and helpful in meeting our every need, and answering any question we might have. We will definitely return, having had such an all around great experience!
