This property was better than expected. It was clean and spacious and had all the amenities you would need. It is truly walkable to any location. It is a busy area with a lot of nightlife and can get noisy, particularly if there is a singer/band playing next door. If you dont mind that, it is perfect. Just a recommendation, a full body mirror would be so great.

The Grant is in the perfect location. It is just a block from Johnson Square, where almost all of the tours we took started. It is right in the middle of some great shopping, all of the historic sights, so many restaurants, and all of the beautiful squares. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed. The elevator was a nice amenity.

We had a great two night stay at this property. Communication and instructions on check in/access to the building and room were great. Everything was easy from beginning to end. Our two bedroom apartment was amazing, very roomy, nice interior, recently remodeled. Everything we needed was provided. Our proximity to the elevator made it a little noisy, but it didn’t really bother us. The location is great! We walked everywhere and the neighborhood is trendy, lots of shops and restaurants. We used a parking garage just a couple blocks away, price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for a Long Weekend
The space was very comfortable and great location. We were three girlfriends in for a long weekend so the fact that we were so centrally located in a walkable area was key. There was some street noise from Broughton Friday and Saturday night, but that was to be expected in such a prime area. Communication was great with easy check in/out. Will definitely stay here again.
