Great Location

Missing some nice touches
Location cannot be beat, but there are some details that would make this place stand out. Safety: adding non-keyed deadbolts on all external doors would be nice. Also a common monoxide detector. Some water bottles and coffee filters would have been appreciated.

Terrific location, easy to get to almost anywhere in Savannah. Street parking was remarkably easy even if we had to circle around the blocks a few times. I can imagine it might be more difficult to find street parking when there are events at Forsyth.

Great Weekend Getaway
We booked this VRBO for a quick (kidless) weekend getaway, and it was perfect for that! Not too big, not too small. 2 TVs for any downtime, and a nice little kitchenette. Perfect location right at Forsyth park, and a great walk (even in the rain or cold) to tons of restaurants and bars.

Step outside into Forsythe Park
Great location to park. Adjacent buildings under renovations so it is dark and quiet on block so felt a little nervous about walking safety at night. Car Traffic on street is really loud and you can hear it in bed - quiets around 1am-7am. Bed firm but comfortable with crisp clean soft linens. Small kitchenette- probably wouldnt cook full meal but good to reheat leftovers or for small snack, yogurt and fruit. Savannah coffee nice touch. Nice market and coffee shop around the corner at park. 3rd floor walk up so be prepared to carry luggage

Forsyth Park —3rd Floor
Loved Savannah and our time there. There was plenty of room and street noise did not bother us. Parking was a breeze. Drawbacks—further from historic district and if walking to waterfront it is a trek. Bed was not as comfortable for either of us as the Lucky Savannah Gordon Street property (we preferred that location and unit), Roku limited our ability to watch livestream sports games and political debate in the evenings when we returned. Patio is for smoking—we never used it.

Charming, but traffic noise all the time ruins sleep
The location is literally next to Forsythe Park so an easy walk to downtown, the river district or Enmarket Arena, but the street is super busy, even overnight and the bedroom is street side, so it is nearly impossible to get a good night sleep. No oven or full size fridge, just a microwave, dorm size fridge and 2 burner flat top range. We would have liked to properly warm our delicious restaurant leftovers. Its a 3rd foor unit...3 very long flights up. We got used to it but taking luggage up and down can be a challenge. While it was charming, we probably won't rent this one again.

Great location, cute apartment
Amazing location right on the park. We walked everywhere to enjoy dinner Friday, downtown/historic district on Saturday and then drove to check out the cemetery on the way out of town Sunday. Parking was very easy. Cozy bed. Place was as described/pictured. Rooftop terrace doesn't really have a view to speak of but nice for smokers I would imagine. (We don't.)

Cute Condo, Perfect for 2!
Easy, contactless check in, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Condo is clean and cute!!! Customer service was very receptive and timely to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!! Beach chairs and beach towels were available as well as coffee, coffee filters, and miniature toiletries. No complaints at all. Perhaps a recommendation, the patio could use an umbrella. It is so hot but some shade would probably make the space more useable. We had a lovely time walking around Savannah, there is lots to do in the area.

Nice place to stay. We would gladly stay there again. Clean and tidy; recently updated. Nice view out the front; nice rooftop patio in the back. A bit of a hike to the 3rd floor, but that was expected. The road noise was noticeable, but not bad (it's on a busy street). Parking on a nearby side street was straightforward.

Wonderful!
Great place. Was just as advertised. Awesome location across from Forsyth Park. Very clean. Check-in & check-out process was very easy. On-street parking made us a little nervous but no issues at all. Plenty of room in well lit area around the corner on Bolton St. Loved the selection on dvds made available by the host. Our visit to Savannah was amazing. So much to see and do. Definitely on our list of places to visit again.

Loved this place! It was perfect for my friend and I. Plenty of room with plenty of character. We had drinks and relaxed on the small patio every night. Great location on Forsyth park which is right on the Dot free bus route which we used a few times but mostly walked wherever we wanted To go.

Special first visit to Savannah
We celebrated our 19th anniversary with our first trip to Savannah. Excellent location and our accommodations lived up to the photos. We did hear street noise and couldn't use a TV, but those were minor compared to being on Forsyth Park. Using the app made check-in, out and getting info super easy!

Overall the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit was clean and was a great space. There were movies/dvds that took place in the city along with a book of reviews/descriptions. The beds were not the comfiest. I slept on the pull out bed, I think they put a extra pad on top which was probably helpful. The noise from the park/street made it seem like the people were right outside the window even though we were on the third floor. There were three flights of stairs which was a little challenging for my mother. With a cleaning fee we were expected to start the dishwasher and take out the trash. At that price, the guest should not have to do anything.

cute unit for adults
This was a cute unit for adults. It’s walking distance from everything you’d want to do. We traveled with our toddler and I wouldn’t suggest this unit for young children; however, would've been great for my husband and I. Also, the unit gets pretty warm in the summer. With the outside temp as hot as it is, the AC cannot keep up with the temp set.
