Located in the heart of Savannah's Victorian District, this three bedroom home offers tons of charm! The quintessential large Southern porch is an ideal spot from which to watch the day roll by. Inside, you’ll enter to the formal dining room that is open to the fully-equipped kitchen. Whoever is the cook in the family will enjoy having a gas stove, and an ample amount of counter space to prepare meals! The stylishly appointed living space offers comfortable seating, a flatscreen television, and a decorative fireplace that is original to the home.

Down the hall to your bedrooms, you will find the original hardwood flooring is carried through the rest of the home. Conveniently located between the bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with a shower and tub combination, plus washer and dryer can be found. The first room offers a queen size bed, with a spacious closet for your belongings, and an original fireplace. Toward the back of the home guests can locate the primary bedroom that features a comfortable king size bed, an abundant amount of natural light, and access to the porch. Opposite of the primary bedroom, the third bedroom is fitted with a queen!

Just a block away from historic Forsyth Park, there is nothing you can’t reach from this home on foot. Perfect for a family getaway
We loved this property! The koi pond was a huge hit with my kids and I really enjoyed sitting out on the porch during their naps and listening to the water burbling while I worked on a craft project. I ran the marathon on Saturday and we stayed for a few days after. The location was perfect, we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go and the house was a great layout for kids. If we ever come back to Savannah, we’d pick this house again!

Pleasant Stay
We had a pleasant stay. The home was clean with an old home feal but all the modern necessities. The porch and neighborhood were very nice. The location being a couple blocks from Forsyth Park and about a 28 minute walk to downtown was great.

Savannah Family Trip
Family trip before son goes into basic training for the Army. Great, relaxing porch and Koi pond. Fun time relaxing on the porch playing Scrabble during a thunder and lighting storm. Walkable to the river. Beautiful park nearby. Very comfortable place to stay!

Christmas 2023
We packed up our Christmas tree and brought it to savannah from Atlanta. We had a nice time, the home is located near everything that you need. We brought our bicycles and road toured the beautiful with hardly any hills. Inside the home had everything clean and set up for us. There is a family upstairs with 3 small kids that noise was a bit disturbing while sleeping but other than that it’s a southern charm of a stay.

Great Location, Clean & Spacious Apt
Stayed at this property with family and pet. Check-in/out was smooth and they let me check-in early and out later. House was super clean, comfortable and located only a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park in a quiet residential street. Easy street parking (we didn't use the parking spot in the alley), comfortable beds and strong wifi. The only issue is that you can hear the neighbors above but it's expected from an older house. Besides that the house is great. This was the second house I stayed in Savannah that is managed by this host. I would stay again in one of their properties again!

Great setup and very convenient
Check in process was awesome. Super easy. No issues at all. Had everything we needed. Only bummer was no TVs in bedrooms but that’s just a personal preference. Loved having a parking spot, too.

Great except for the 2nd floor unit
My wife and I stayed with our 2 dogs for a couple of nights. Our dogs are sensitive to the sounds of footsteps and banging which is why we always stay in houses and not hotels. The listing made no mention that this was a 1st floor unit with a 2nd floor unit above. Everything else was as described, but even the pictures crop out the 2nd story. The upstairs neighbors were reasonably quiet, but coming in at midnight every night was enough to set our dogs into a barking fit, waking us up and bothering everyone else I'm sure. Again, it is probably not a big deal for most, but it was a big deal for us and I feel should have been in the listing.

Nice house,but….
Love the feel of the house. Loved the koi pond. Next time in Savannah I’ll find a place that is closer to the other end of Forsyth Park. Mold in tub not appealing. Nice outside porch but dirty. Need new rug/furniture. Upstairs tenants walked often from their place across the porch.

Great location & loved the front porch.
We loved the location & the porch. Our overall stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed the fish pond. The house is exactly want we wanted. Historical but…..it could use some TLC. The kitchen floor tiles were loose, missing, dirty & in need of replacing. The bathroom window needs a window covering. The dishwasher rocks & the baskets won’t stay pulled out to load. And I have seen this comment on other reviews. Why the tiny refrigerator? We found it inadequate for six people and no ice. The price is a little high for the lack of amenities. Lucky Savannah was great!!! The coffee pots did not work and they brought us a new one right away. With some improvements this house would be great!

I highly recommend this property! It’s near the beautiful Forsyth Park, 2 blocks away. The home is very comfortable and roomy. Three bedrooms, one and half restrooms. Bedding is nice. Lots of cool aminities. Kitchen is great. Great room very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Free parking behind the property.

Great space, great location
We enjoyed our time at the Victorian porch. The rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival. The living room was also comfortable. The fridge is not full size, but that wasn't a big deal. However, we felt that the large bathroom window could have had more privacy, especially at night. Overall, we enjoyed the space and location very much!
