Beautiful view to lake Saimaa close to city center
Excellent location with beautiful views to lake Saimaa yet within walking distance to the city center. Hotel a bit outdated but the views and location make it still a solid option. Recommend rooms with a balcony over to the lake.

Extraordinary location and very nice hotel. However: Standard rooms are very small (we luckily got an upgrade) and sometimes there are lot of people from the adjanced apartments. Breakfast is very excellent; WIFI could be better. Bottom line: Very nice place to stay; get the superior room it's worth the money.

Perfectly pleasant
Aside from the fact it feels a little antiquated despite the exterior, as in the boarding shows through in a few places (looks like mini fridge was ripped out and have to fight to reach sockets) has good facilities, beautiful location and is super convenient for the train station.

Hotellin sijainti upea. Henkilökunnan ammattitaito ja asiakaspalvelu korkeaa tasoa. Kuten myös ravintola ja baari sekä ruuan että palvelun suhteen. Huone kulahtanut ja heikot fasiliteetit. Aamiainen kovinkin pelkistetty. Ainakin roskakorien tyhjennys ja käsipyyhkeiden vaihto päivittäin ilman eri pyyntöä olisi ehkä aiheellista.
