In order to confirm a booking a completed and signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours. The rental agreement requires confirmation of the number of adults and children in the group, agreeing to the house rules, and providing a photo of the driver's license of the person signing the rental agreement.

- No smoking (inside house). An additional $1,000 cleaning fee is applied if smoking occurs in the home.
- No pets allowed, undisclosed pets result in a $1,000 pet fee and the pet must leave immediately or the guest's stay is terminated.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. An additional $1,000 cleaning fee is applied if an undisclosed event occurs in the home.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- No glitter, confetti, playdoh, slime, kinetic sand, silly string, nail polish, nail polish remover or hair dye. An additional $100 per hour cleaning fee is applied for cleanup.
