My stay here was really nice. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was really comfortable and the lady whose name is soni was sooo nice to us during our breakfast. She offered us great hospitality. The young man was nice to us as well when we checked in he upgraded our room to a suite. I’d recommend people to stay here.

There was only one elevator out of two that was in working order during our stay. My two young children and I had to wait for 20 minutes to be able to take the elevator on our own down to the lobby. My husband had to wait even longer with the luggage in order to get down to the lobby. The elevator had to keep cycling through because of all the people riding the one elevator including the cleaning staff with their carts leaving no room for us to get on. It was definitely frustrating and an inconvenience to say the least.

The service, from the front desk to the bartender and to everyone working there was excellent. The property itself is a little shopworn. I gave a five star rating to the area around the property because it is easy to get there and easy to park there.

They will do roome service for a charge - NY Bistro Restaurant was excellent - bede comfortable also pillows - very close to Geisinger hospital if you have a procedure scheduled the next day like i did - cable sucked , had 3 HBO channel but missing a lot of the big name channels like Bravo , USA , CW etc etc - and you have to have patience getting to the channels they do have once you select them - very close ( drivable ) to a lot of shopping and restaurants ! All in all a decent enough place for the price

Very nice place. Easy on and off the highway but still quiet. Large room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too. Only problem was checking in. Had to wait for check-in as no one was at the desk and had to get someone from the restaurant to find someone. Then I thought she was very uninterested in checking me in and didn't give me the breakfast vouchers I was supposed to have.

Everything great except Housekeeping. The first morning Housekeeping would not have serviced the room unless I had brought it to their attention, and the second morning they never bothered to service the room at all.
