We LOVED our stay at the Lackawanna Station Raddison in Scranton. The history alone is wonderful. The architecture is gorgeous! It seems like you’ve stepped back in time! It was perfect! We shall return!

The mattress was gross with massive stains.. the noise from the heater/ac was insanely loud and you could still hear people kn the next room.. check out is 11am and house keeping started knocking at 9am that she neededto have all her rooms done by 12pm ... WILL NECER STAY THERE AGAIN

Best guacamole in my entire life. Check in was smoot. Very clean . Everyone was very knowledgeable about the history of the property. There was a take away brochure about the hitory as well. I took one and think thats a great idea.

I recently stayed at The Scranton Radisson, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for its advertised Wi-Fi service, which I needed for work. However, during my stay, the Wi-Fi was completely down (This information was not disclosed to me at check-in) and I needed to check-out and work from a local Starbucks all day. What’s even more disappointing is how the staff handled the situation. I spoke to the hotel operations manager - she refused to offer any future stay compensation or reimbursement for the inconvenience. This lack of accountability and customer service left a very negative impression. While other aspects of the hotel might be fine, their unwillingness to address such a significant issue has made me question their commitment to guest satisfaction. I am also very familiar within the hotel industry, as my boyfriend is a regional manager for three major hotels in New York City. A very simple monetary gesture/future stay compensation could have been made to rectify the situation and leave me writing a positive review rather than a negative one. I would not recommend this hotel if reliable Wi-Fi and responsive customer service are important to you.

Nice place to stay.
The room was smaller than expected, but was clean and comfortable. The staff worked hard to get people checked in though the computers were down. They maintained a pleasant and professional attitude even though it was stressful for them. We enjoyed our stay.

Didn't realize that people could leave their dogs in the room all day unattended to constantly bark and cry. Frint desk blew it off. The 5am dog barks and wakes everyone up. Check this place off to never go again
