The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game or to relax by the outdoor fire pits.

The maximum occupancy of each unit is 6 people and 1 vehicle. That cannot be exceeded at any time. Visitors and children 4 and up count toward total occupancy.

Smoking is not allowed in the home, boats/tents/rvs are not allowed to park onsite.

Beautiful and new property
We enjoyed our stay very much. Our pre-check in communication was excellent but we didn’t have a parking pass or wi-fi information waiting on us. Problem was easily resolved. We enjoyed the lake view and patio fire pit was perfect.

Great getaway
This property was clean, inviting, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We enjoyed the fire place on the back deck. The view of the pond was great. The location in town was not the best, but inside the building, you didn't really notice. We had a little trouble with the entrance code, but someone who happened to be on site helped us right away.
