I love the amenities, such as mood lighting and auto shade curtain that you can raise/lower with the touch of a button. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you’re using Google maps, the hotel is NOT in the alley, ithe lobby doors are facing Yesler. I may, or may not have been in that alley driving around the block a few times LOL!! The only thing I didn’t like about the room was not enough outlet plugs. (It’s not a deal breaker, just more convenient if there were more).

Hotel and room was clean and offered a room with necessities. Although the room was small, it served the purpose. Hotel is near the ferry and downtown.

When I stayed before, I had a city view, so I was a bit disappointed that it was different this time. Also, I was a little bothered by the noise from the neighboring room. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with my stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in/check out was easy. Staff was amazing beyond expectations very accomodating. Boutique hotel but not pretentious. Restaurant/bar was a great bonus to our stay. Visiting family that was in Seattle but are looking at other cities with Citizen M's for our next vacation.

The hotel was very conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel was nice and modernized and the staff were very friendly. However, they never cleaned our room and we were there 4 nights. Also, the rooms are very small and it's very difficult to get around when two people are staying in there. The bathroom vanity area had no room to store toiletries and the shower was very small. However, the bed was nice and big, but it was very difficult to climb in and out as you could climb in one side.

Everything was great but I didn’t expect a room So small with a king size bed. The bathroom is next to the bed and you could hear your significant other going to the bathroom
