Modern, hip and wired “iHotel” with really small but new and clean rooms in a great location on the waterfront. Amazing breakfast! Parking can be a bit tricky.

The staff was cool but there was no refrigerator no microwave had to leave my room to use the iron in another room which was an inconvenience and the cleaning staff didn’t come to clean my room until day 3 of my stay after I complained to the manager which in return on reimbursed me 2 free drink tickets

Staff is not attentive at all. Lots of staff always working but seem to be just having a good time with themselves. Seemed more like a hang out for them than a job. Very high prices down stairs as well! Plenty of better places to stay.

Plentiful staff working hard to ensure a great experience. Clean, unique room. Space limited but we didn’t stay in the room long during day.If two people staying in the room, the person in the bed closest to the window must crawl out of the bed over the other or along foot of bed- no floor space. iPad used to activate lights, blinds, tv, and connect with ‘front desk’. We did enjoy our stay and would consider searching for Citizen M properties in other cities.
