Fine for just one night stay. Parking was very limited and many cars were parking along the side of the building as there were no spots left. No AC in the lobby. Bed and bathroom were acceptable for the price.

motel was nice enough, clean, friendly staff. nieghborhood is a little scary. homless, drug addicts, prostitutes, lots of cars cruising and parking everywhere. Shady area but very entertaining

This property is clean, and the bed is very comfortable with good-quality sheets. It is easily accessed, and the staff is friendly. The weaker side is that the building is not very sound; you can hear everything in the rooms from the hallway and outside talking while in the room. Even slight movements above are heard in the room. The rooms have older decor but are clean. I recommend it, but I did feel it was overpriced.

This hotel isn’t super convenient to downtown, but we were here to visit family in N. Seattle so it worked well. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, check in was fast, the room was huge, if a bit dated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had driven for roughly three days straight and our last two hotels had horrible beds, so this was huge for us. The free breakfast was meh, but the coffee was good. I’d happily stay here again.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Seattle for a 2-day convention, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The hotel feels quite old and run-down, and the parking garage seemed a bit unsafe and messy. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. Just a heads-up—the hot water machine was extremely hot, and I ended up burning my thumb on it, so be cautious. The surrounding area was a concern. We saw some questionable activity, and it didn’t feel like a safe place to walk around, especially during the day. There was also some noise from the floor above us late into the night, which made it hard to sleep. Overall, while the staff were lovely, the condition of the hotel and the area made it a less-than-ideal stay. I’d recommend spending a bit more to stay somewhere that feels safer and more comfortable.

Though this is not a new property, our room was clean and the bathroom had been recently renovated. The staff was friendly. Though the area the hotel is in is not like downtown Seattle we were not worried about leaving our car in the garage or about our own wellbeing. There was nothing much within easy walking distance so we did drive a mile or so to a restaurant.

Worst hotel stay I've ever had. My key card to enter my hotel room NEVER worked, so I couldn't get into my room each time I left. I landed up late for the main meeting I was in town to attend because I was locked out when I needed to get ready. Very inconvenient and very unsafe. You also have to swipe to take the elevator and it did not work properly for that. So I had to get my key card checked to go up the elevator only to find that it didn't open the door, over and over. Even late at night. They told me to "leave my door open" when I left so they could try to fix it, so I had to take most of my stuff with me. Finally, they told me they fixed the lock on my hotel room door, but it still did not work any better. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that all rooms were booked. They later told me they were going to switch my room, but when I returned, the front desk staff told me my key card would now work. But, it still didn't work. Each night I would return having to go back to the front desk to try a new set of key cards. I was literally given about 6 different key cards--none of them worked. The mounted air conditioner in the room also didn't work. It only blew hot air. The hot breakfast tray of eggs or sausages was out each time I looked. This was a disaster of a stay. I left exhausted.

The service was great! Very friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are a bit old. Our room closet door was broken and the restroom had black spots on the ceiling and the shower rail was rusty. But the beds were comfy!

This place was less than stellar. There were a number of times we could see illegal activity from our room and near the property. The place seemed less than clean, but it could but be older and needing some repairs. The smoke detector in our room was removed.

The actual hotel was just okay. It was a bit run down and appeared older. We had an early morning fishing excursion and were there less than 12 hours. Didn't see breakfast because we left at 5 AM. I give this hotel a low rating because they refused to give us a refund for a night missed due to a cancelled flight - in fact we had to turn around and return to our airport because of mechanical problems. I called the hotel and hotels.com and informed them right away that we would not be there that night but wanted to keep the next night's reservation. I was able to change it but the hotel refused to refund us the money for the first night and said we were a 'no-show'. We had no choice as we were stuck in MN, 1500 miles from the hotel! We called them 4-5 hours before our set check-in time. Hotels.com said it was the hotel refusing to refund and the hotel says it was hotels.com. So who knows, but I will not use this hotel or service again. They were the only place that didn't either move our reservations back a day or give us a refund. Also, there were clearly prostitutes outside the hotel and across the street both when we checked in and at 5 AM when we left for our fishing trip. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but not what we wanted our kids to see. Not a great neighborhood.

Awful experience of tired, noisy hotel
This hotel was tired 20 years ago. Carpet was stained and worn, second-hand furniture was in terrible condition, bathroom was outdated, walls were paper thin. It was located on an extremely noisy street with motorcycles and drag racing through the night. Terrible experience.
