The staff at this hotel was fantastic and knowledgeable. The heat could have been a little more manageable, but all and all it was a good hotel. Very conveniently located for me also.

I have a service dog that is very well trained. She does hard and verable commands, however staff at night were hurrassment for us service dog I brought tje pAper work and the night shife hotel clerk said no dogs, no..exceptions.

If I could I would give them zero stars. I never leave a bad review but this place literally will scam you and charge you unnecessarily stuff without telling you until you confront them. While you here check your bank constantly. If you’re on a budget don’t come here at all, be prepared for surprise fees they don’t really communicate with you how much you paying 40 dollars for parking( they took 50 from me and supposedly will refund back to me according to them) and 30 dollars for a deposit fee when even they say it suppose to be 20 when they were talking to each other and they kinda just shrug it off( I’m not even sure if I will get my 30 dollars back). Drinking water is 5 dollars a bottle is absolutely insane better bring your own water bottle if you staying at this hotel. Breakfasts look mid nothing special. You’re better off staying at air b&b at least they break down the prices and fees for you charge you only once no hidden fee. This place is crazy expensive for no absolute reason. Hotel room it self is normal nothing really special the only nice thing is pull out couch ether then that it a standard hotel room only weird thing is the sink is outside the bathroom not inside the bathroom.
