I like the area this hotel is at because it made it convient when doing anything around the city! The rooms were really nice and clean. I've stayed here 2 times now and it was always so comfy.
my families stayed 4 days three nights and there was no room service provided. when i asked for bath towels and toilet paper, I had to wait more than an hour and i had to call to remind them after 1 hr wait. Terri service!
The noise early in the morning prevented us from getting much needed rest. We were on the top floor so I think it was coming from the elevators, which was NOT next to us. Other than that, everything was very good.
The Mariott is always a good hotel. There was lack of help for food service items as they informed me the cook had just quit. Was disappointed because there are not a lot of food options nearby except McDonalds, Stanfords, and Saffron. There was a ton of street noise so not very quiet/restful. No pool/hot tub….but had weight room.
