I came in at midnight, I was exhausted and sick. There was trouble with the details of my stay due to booking with Expedia. The woman who checked me in was understanding and compassionate for my situation and she could've refused to rent me the room but she checked me in quickly. I was very impressed with the clean room. The beds had very nice bedding and the pillows and mattresses were great. I would stay there again.

Building is very old , next room some one use the bathroom or conversion you will be able to hear loud and clear. Unable to get the rest we needed.We have to ask for a coffee maker to the room . For the price it was OKAY.

Although handy for the airport, the location was on the flightpath so there was noise late and esrly. Without the heating/aircon system the room would have been incredibly cold, like single glazing cold

The lock in my room was broken and it appeared that at some point in time someone tried to force themselves into the room as indicated on the marks outside the room in the halfway. The lights in the room were dime upon entry making it difficult to see into the room. Plus the in room phone was gimme. The staff was 3 days new and didnt know the area or how to give proper instructions to both me and others over the phone to make sure we got to the pickup area. Breakfast wasn't ready for ealry bird travelers. I was not notified when the repairman entered my room to service the door. The 3 minute walk to the casino I encountered drug addicted individuals askjng me for hard drugs. I didnt feel safe.

The hotel was great, the location not so much is close to the airport and could not sleep due to airplane noise. Will have to take earplugs if I stay here again.

The hotel is convenient to the airport with a shuttle; however the shower had no warm water and you could hear guests in the hallway all night. The hotel also had a strong chemical smell.

Excellent mattress and pillows. Airport shuttle available 24/7. Very good heating unit. Water could've been a bit hotter, and the bathroom walls need paint/chipping attention.

It was 10 minutes from the airport, which was nice. It was on the older side and while some carpet had been updated, it still needs work. The continental breakfast was sparse and only powdered creamer for coffee. For a very quick overnight it was fine.
