The man in the office was difficult to deal with. We needed to make some changes to our stay and he didn't understand, made wrong assumptions and kept interrupting us. The room was clean.

My room was spotless and comfortable, great bathroom, warm and dry. The front desk clerk let me check in very early, which was super cool. Yah, it's not the nicest neighborhood in Seattle, but it isn't the worst spot on Aurora either. Just watch your step around the homeless crazies. But the property itself is fine, rooms are basic but comfy.

Staff are friendly and helpful, sink did not drain, but I was alone and it didn’t really come into play. Aurora is a gritty street, if you’ve been there you know what you’re getting into. Good place if you just need the three S’s.

Please call Zach, we cancelled our stay and he agreed to refund our payment. The room assigned to us room#130 (see 1st 3 pics) was not cleaned and then the other room given #115 has a rug/cleaning cloth on the couch. Hence we decided to cancel.

Bad area

The hotel was older but clean. Breakfast is very light with few choices. This hotel is In a bad location. We had an intoxicated person try to open our door at 2:30 am and then sleep next to it. We (including my young kids and teenage son) saw multiple prostitutes walking through the parking lot. It is not a place I would stay again.
