This is an older hotel with somewhere in tear on it. A fine place to spend the night after a flight or before a flight.

The hotel room is outdated. Very musty smelling in hallway and room. Although, overall the room was clean there was quite a bit of mold on the shower tiles. The furniture and carpet should be updated. For the price, I was expecting a bit more modernization. Also, felt the prices of sodas in the vending machine were exorbitant. $3.50 for a 12 oz can of coke. the restaurant prices were also high for the quality of food received. Felt like there was price gouging.

We found clumps of hair and a broken fingernail on the floor in our bedroom. Vending machines did not work and staff was very rude. bathroom shower was pretty much clogged. You were halfway taking a bath before you were done with the shower.

This hotel is a big complex, I feel like it was a half mile walk to my room, so if you have mobility issues request a room close to the lobby. The Restaurant was good. My only complaint is the shower, I think the shower head was 5 feet from the floor and I'm over 6 feet tall, it was at my shoulder. But overall a good hotel with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Ridiculous configuration of hotel buildings. Five different wings, that when you get off elevator there are no signs to find which wing you are assigned to. Instructions from front desk confusing to find room inaccurate then upon finding room key didn’t work. Parking fee of $35 dollars very steep. Never will stay there again.

We had a very early flight from the Seattle/Tacoma airport. The hotel was very close to the airport and provided free shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle picked us up on schedule and was very comfortable.
