BW Eastgate

There seemed to be entire families with 4 or 5 young children staying in one room.. children used the hallways loudly as their playground... it was loud until pretty late at night. Perhaps consider putting families with kids on a specific floor or end of hallway so that "normal" and business travelers can sleep and conduct business without loud interruptions?

The room was spacious and comfortable but the carpets were absolutely filthy. My kids had black feet walking barefoot in the room after five minutes, I had to keep their shoes on them or wipe their feet before getting into bed every night. Overall the stay was comfortable but I think they could be a little more generous with towels, soap and toiletries. For a family of five staying five nights we were given three towels and the tiniest bottles of shampoo and conditioner - maybe enough for one person to wash their hair once. We had to go down to the front desk every day and ask for more towels and they only give two at a time. The facilities were clean enough. Only one working elevator but it wasn’t super busy during our stay. The staff was friendly for the most part and the breakfast had plenty of options. Parking was easy and convenient. We would probably stay here again, just plan to bring our own soap and full size toiletries next time.

The room we got smells like vomit, pretty bad, and when we notified the guy working the f4ont desk he just said there was nothing theu could do about it because the jacuzzi rooms were full. No offer to downgrade the room, no partial refund, and no someone can clean the carpet? Hopefully the other rooms arent as gross. Aside from the odor the bed is comfortable and its surprisingly quiet for being so close a busy road.

Good stay

Staff were friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was outstanding. There were a lot of options available at breakfast. Check in/check out was quick and easy. The hotel was very quiet.
