I was charged twice for parking, there was something spilled in the elevator, when we told the reception about it, they did nothing, an hour later we got into the same elevator again, the liquid was still there. They have a pool but they do not provide any robes. Now the question is how am I supposed to get from the second floor to the fifth floor without a robe? I do not want to walk in a wet swimsuit through the entire hotel, without a robe.

This was a great location and a lovely hotel. I was very happy with my stay with the exception of the $40 per day parking charge. Street parking has a two hour limit.

We paid extra for a nicer bath. So we thought we were getting a nice bathtub, but it was just a nice shower. But, I should have checked myself before hand

Everything is good except for the one-night shift staff. She was not very friendly and gave us the wrong information regarding guest parking. The info she gave to us is different from what we were told by afternoon front desk staff. Other front desk staff we met are very nice and helpful.

I regret choosing this place to save $40, so awful
The rooms and facilities were not maintained or clean. The pool/hot tub in particular was gross. The tiles and grout were falling apart and covered in black mold, especially around hot tub. An employee dumped chemicals into it right at peak time (probably an attempt to save our lives) and said we would be ok to wait 5 minutes. We waited 10 but the fumes were so overwhelming that several people started coughing and choking. We got out and later learned you cannot get in after only 5 minutes. Hair ALL OVER the deck and in the bathrooms. Tiny, useless pool towels. Rust all over the vanity in the bathroom from coroded metal trim. The room was less terrible but still needed a lot of maintenance and was not clean enough - again with the hair in corners and in the shower. The hotel was understaffed (never more than 1 desk staff) and staff were undertrained. E.g., the front desk noted we had breakfast included but did not issue the physical tickets, which let to confusion and extra waiting during breakfast. The breakfast hostess was rude to every guestdecide instantly whether the. No good morning, just demanded we choose menu vs. buffet immediately and was irritated when we asked to look at both to decide. She watched me like a hawk when I stepped just a bit into the buffet area to get a sense of the offering. Her behavior implied she expected us to steal, which was kind of funny given that she was no where to be found for several minutes when we arrived and left again after we sat.

Helpful staff, a large clean room, a huge lovely lobby you can hang out in if you’re bored in your room and don’t feel like going out, lots of snack options in the lobby and within walking distance to shopping mall and lots of great restaurants. My 4.5 year old and I had a great time during our recent 4 day stay. A few hairs in the shower that were visible and should have been cleaned. Also WAY too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. It actually bleached the colour out of my swimsuit.

Parking is a bit of a challenge to find if new to hotel. Restaurant/bar closed for ~3 weeks. No “heads-up” from front desk. My room was about as far as possible from front desk as could be. I walked by the front desk clearly on way to restaurant (it’s the only thing on this side of lobby). He didn’t say a word to me. Argggh! I am disabled & had to walk all the way back to my room, get my coat & walk to another restaurant/bar down the street as it was raining. The room is gorgeous, esp the bathroom/shower. The heat/AC runs ALL the time, bring ear plugs if you plan to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Being alone I had to pull the covers from the other side of the bed over as room was cold until the heat caught. Good value overall.
