I normally stay at Hilton chains and that's why I went with Garden Inn by Hilton. Location is very convenient and walkable to many attractions. The Front desk staff was very friendly during my stay and even allowed me to check in early. I'll definitely stay there again next time I visit Seattle.

Our 2023 Bronco was 1 foot taller then the height of the parking garage so it would not fit. Your employee at the desk was very accommodating as to where we can park it safely. Next, when we first came in the room, or toilet was "slow running" and it might overflow. We called the desk and within minutes we had a nice maintenance person take care of it right away. We wish we got his name. Basically we had a great stay!

Excellent customer service !!!
stayed there for one night after taking a cruise, check in was at 4 pm so it was around 11 am when we arrived. Our plan was to just check our luggage and go explore Seattle, however the Front desk said they had a room available right away and made sure that we were comfortable. The following morning called a cab that was a flat rate back to the airport. I was very pleased and would reccommend highly .

Place is downtown making it convenient if that is where you need to be. Dog friendly. Some confusion about the parking garage but not too bad.

checkin was supposed to be at 4pm. When we arrived at 4:30 they said no rooms were ready. We waited for two hours until 6:30pm to get checked into our room. The front desk was nice about it but we really should have been given a discount for how long we had to wait for a room when our reservation clearly stated checkin at 4pm.

Worst stay ever :( dirty hotel, room smells of wet mold; no cutleries in room; TV not working; area around is very unsafe; full of drug addicts; pool is dirty; very chlorine!
