The room did not have a nice view, the safe was locked and unusable when we arrived, also I requested a 3rd floor room but was allocated a 2nd floor room, Break fast kept running out of food and drinks and has to be refilled slowly Parking was expensive, Otherwise the hotel was clean and the rooms were well equipped with cutlery and crockery and toiletries

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is in a great central and safe location. It’s just a short walk to Space Needle, Pledge Arena and within a few blocks you’ll find great little restaurants and bars. We didn’t have a car and when we didn’t walk, public transportation is so easy to use, the bus stop is right by the hotel. The hotel rooms are very spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was great to have the kitchenette. The daily breakfast was also nice with lots of options for everyone. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was okay however the parking rate was high, the sofa bed in the 1 bedroom was terrible and the area under the sofa had not been cleaned ( the rest of the room was clean). It was a convenient location as it’s walkable to the monorail.

It has a lived in look and feel. Probably could use some updating, but just as probably won’t bother. The staff is cheerful and attentive. The breakfast is just ok. Interesting, there’s a sundries nook in the lobby with exorbitantly priced items including food you can cook in your room. I wonder if they’d make more money by pricing the items more reasonably and moving more product through the nook. All in all, a good place to stay if you need something for work.

Great breakfast, not so great mattresses
Needed a last minute stay due to power outage. Great breakfast! Really outstanding for free hot breakfast. The only downside was soft and not very supportive mattresses on the beds. The sofa bed has a very thin mattress with coils that are definitely noticeable as you try to sleep. But we had a warm and clean place to sleep with great breakfast in the morning.

We felt safe in the area. The hotel staff was excellent, especially Juan, who gave us an early check-in and was extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast was great, having lots of options. The hotel was in a convenient location--close enough to many attractions to either walk if in great shape to climb major hills or take a short Uber--but far enough not to be overwhelmed with major foot traffic and noise. Even though we did not have a car, I noticed that parking is very expensive, so that may be a consideration. Overall, we will definitely stay there again when we return.

Family vacation stay
We stayed here because we wanted a two bedroom suite so we appreciate they offer that option but the hotel shows its age with stained carpeting and furniture. We wouldn't have minded so much but the cleanliness was an issue. We found in the room a left over dirty men's sock from a previous guest, tucked between the nightstand and bed. We were there over four days and not once did housekeeping come by to empty the trash, switch out towels, etc. We ended up taking the trash out ourselves.
