Friendliness of front desk staff. Every time we came in & out, no guests were at the desk & no-one bothered to greet us or even smile. They were just on their devices. It took days to hear back regarding my complaint about the construction noises on the floor above. We really liked the evening restaurant & the cleaning staff & the room was very clean. The bed was ridiculously comfortable thank you for that as it is my number one priority. I would have liked to know that there was a huge electrical panel serving the whole floor & beyond when we rented the corner unit. Thanks!
