The hotel was nice, the transparency from the staff was not. When we checked in, we asked about breakfast and the staff that was helping us said “it’s included” and handed us a card for the breakfast in the morning. When I asked about parking, the staff said “included, park in the spots that say hotel” and handed me a pass to put in my window. When I went to checkout the staff said they needed a card to pay for my parking. After I explained multiple times that we were informed that parking was included, and I indeed parked in a spot that said hotel, the manager didn’t seem to care and kept saying that she didn’t know why they would tell me that. She wouldn’t do anything about it except charge me and then talk to their staff about it later. Will not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Will definitely come back again when in Seattle.

The hotel was beautiful, quiet and very well managed. The breakfast arrangement was good. I and my husband enjoyed the stay. The only issue was the bed. It was a bit too soft for me. It would be nice if parking was free.

Horrible security

I can’t complain about the cleanliness of the hotel, but there is a $15 a day parking charge and a security vehicle that is supposed to watch over the cars. My truck was parked on the side of the building and I had my windows broken out and items stolen from my car. I had noticed that the security vehicle had not been moved or driven that night. When I went to contact the front desk about what happened they had a hard time locating their security person. My total security about my vehicle had been broken into all they could say was sorry and could not tell me when they even patrolled a lot Last. I asked if the security cameras were working and they told me that they did not know.
