The main light switch did not work and the shower was clogged. There's a convention center fee, which I wasn't aware of before booking. The only thing this place has going for it is it's location: next to a mall, large gym, and 7-eleven.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
