The hotel itself was nice! There was a lot of yelling and screaming in the middle of the night though. There was a lot of screeching tire noises and honking as well. It was so nice to be close to the market!

This is our second stay at the Palihotel in Seattle. We love this hotel but feel that the hotel owners may want to invest some TLC in this particular property. Our TV didn’t work and it was not for a lack of trying of the hotel staff member. We had 2 towels and one robe for two people. The ally noise was to say the least, unnerving with a garbage trunk running for and hour at 2 AM. This is no fault of the hotel, but new windows my help with city sounds disrupting a good nights sleep. We will book here again as the location is great and the restaurant is our favorite! The staff and manager are wonderful and so helpful. It just seems it needs a bit of sprucing up and making sure rooms are in working order.

I enjoyed the “theme” of old shipping era. Having a restaurant connected was very convenient! It was sad to see homeless & graffiti around that area! But appreciated all the security in hotel! Restaurant was “top”!!!!

The location and proximity to attractions was great. The hotel has a very cute boutique look and feel. The room was quite small and it was hard to get anyone to answer the front desk room in evening to turn our air conditioning on. The girl at the front desk during the day was very sweet, friendly and helpful.
