The good things first: the room and hallways were clean, the bedding and towels were fluffy and nice, the grounds were clean and well groomed, and the staff were efficient and nice.
The not good things: we felt less than safe as the exterior doors had no locks and we were in a building that was unstaffed, our window did not lock nor shut properly.
We were charged $13.50 a night to park in an empty parking lot, the Expedia listing shows $12 a night. The listing says the pool is open until October but it was closed and had been for some time. The listing says there is daily housekeeping; there is not, if you need your trash emptied you can put the can in the hall and somebody is supposed to pick it up. The breakfast baked goods were expired the day we picked them up and they ran out of drinking water.
