We were local blackout refugees during this stay (due to the bomb cyclone) and we are extremely thankful for this stay. Our review is perhaps a bit biased because of that, but this property is CLEAN, QUIET, CONVENIENT. The staff members are all super helpful with their prompt responses, and we have plenty of compliments for the complementary breakfast! Thank you Residence Inn!

Clean, family-friendly hotel.
Overall the hotel was very nice. We had an easy time checking in and finding our room. The room is self was well appointed and clean. There were a few maintenance issues (the toilet paper holder was loose, the bathroom door didn’t close right) but overall we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of 5 and the breakfast in the morning was top notch.

First time - Great time
First time staying in downs Town. The hotel was easy to find. There is underground parking 50 a night. The beds were very comfortable the noise level was minimum. Some noise from the hallway leaks in but no big deal. The bathroom was spacious and multi functional. The room was not very big but it had everything we needed. Comfort, no noise and adequate temp control.

The property was nice and clean. Loved the complimentary breakfast every morning. However, I had a very bad experience with a staff member. It was late at night and I wanted to purchase a water. She asked me if I would like for it to be charged to the room or if I was going to pay with card. I said I will pay with my card. I asked her how much is the water and she stated, “I don’t know I can’t tell you until you pay.” Which we all know that definitely does not make any sense. I swiped my card and she asked me if I wanted a receipt which of course I was going to say yes. I wanted to see how much I was getting charged. She rolled her eyes and gave me the receipt. I said “ oh wow $8 for a water bottle ?” And walked away. Well, the female behind me also purchased 2 waters. She told her “well since you didn’t make a scene you can have them for free.” Not only was this employee disrespectful, lazy and unprofessional. She was also stealing from her own company. I was embarrassed and disrespected.

My experience here was great. It's always awesome. The rooms are big and clean. Desk clerks are helpful and kind. I've stayed here a few times. Never disappointed. Breakfast is the best. So many options.
