Great Stay for First Timers
It is the perfect location for my first time in Seattle. Easily walkable to lots of food and attractions. Also, the front desk staff provided great customer service. The room was clean and a reusable water bottle was provided. Refill station even offered sparkling water!

I love the staypineapple experience. They always have the best front desk staff. Advanced check in was easy. They offer a free drink coupon, have refillable water stations, have a coffee stand onsite, and the rooms are clean. The location is downtown by the monorail, so you hear some city noises. The monorail doesn’t run at night though. If you aren’t used to cities, I’d recommend their UW area hotels (Watertown and University Inn). We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Quick trip to Seattle for a concert.
We stayed in Seattle for fun and the location was very central to downtown to Seattle. The hotel service was top notch and even went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet area for a work phone call away from my friends in the room. I would stay there a again for sure.

Overall this place was very good. We only had one issue of a dog barking whilst its owners were elsewhere. Basically told to put up with as it was a pet friendly place. Most other hotels will NOT let you leave your dog left unattended. This is why you travel with your dog ! Excellent otherwise great location and safe !!!

Odd choices. Fine but overpriced
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. It was a weird stay. If it was cheaper, I’d fully endorse it. But for the price it isn’t great. The room was meh. Not great for sleep. The mattress badly needed to be updated, and my back was pretty unhappy. The air conditioner was insanely loud and sometimes seemed to work and sometimes was just humidifying the room. The housekeeping staff had their phones ringers on the highest volume while vacuuming into the door at 8 a.m. (which would be fine if I had gotten decent sleep, but I hadn’t because the mattress sucked and the heater/cooler for the room was so loud). So many things seem so poorly thought out. The decor looks like they are catering to people who like selfies. But it’s so dimly lit that you’d never be able to do real makeup. I only use tinted moisturizer and mascara and was getting frustrated. There are no in room fridges, which is always sad because I like leftovers. But also because I like wine. Especially weird when they actually sell refrigerated wine in the lobby. So you get ice from the machine. But in the machine there are only gallon bags full of ice that have melted just enough to be solid blocks of ice the size of gallon bags that will not fit into the ice container in the room. So you can either spend an hour trying to break the ice into the ice bucket, make a melty mess, or have warm wine. Nothing terrible. But I’m in Seattle once a month, and there are nicer places for less money.

49er's vs Seahawks game
This was our first stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. The only rrason I gave is a "4" for cleanliness is because the floor in our room had something sticky on it. I'd highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I would call this more of a boutique hotel. It was small and provided very personalized service. Anything we needed was immediately provided. The location was excellent, especially if you wanted to walk. It was less than 20 minutes to walk to most major attractions and I felt very safe walking around day or night. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

**Rating: 3/10** I am puzzled by the high ratings for this hotel, as my experience was far from what I expected. The property seems to be overrated, and I suspect that many of the glowing reviews might not be entirely genuine. **Pros:** - [friendly staff.] **Cons:** - **Facilities:** The facilities are underwhelming and not as advertised. There’s a noticeable lack of amenities, and the overall condition of the property is disappointing. - **Cleanliness:** There is no dedicated cleaning service, which is a significant concern. The general upkeep is poor. - **Rooms:** The rooms are mediocre at best. The decor is strange and leans toward unattractive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Carpets are worn, and the furniture feels outdated. - **Elevators:** The elevators are old and unreliable, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. **Overall:** My rating would not exceed a 7, and that would be generous considering the issues mentioned. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless some major improvements are made.
