When we walked into our room.Our shoes immediately started squeaking on the floor because it was sticky. I had to mop the entire before we could walk normally on it. We try to sleep but kids kept running along the corridors on our floor and the floor above until well after midnight. We did not get the rest we needed.

Bait and switch “free wifi” with unusable speeds under 1mbps, which can’t even be upgraded if your are using a game console because it’s an $8 upgrade fee per device and those devices can’t get to that menu. Have fun with your options of cable tv or boredom if you say here. Calling themselves an “extended stay” while lacking this most basic residential necessity is completely bogus and should be criminal. Would have stayed here several weeks instead of 2 nights, their loss. Go to ESA if you need extended stay accommodations that are realistic, including internet.

We were moved to another room due to the musty smells. The rooms are worn out and well used . I am pretty sensitive and we usually stay much better. Poor to average at best. But very quiet. New flooring is great. The rooms are tidy and okay if you don't have too much expectations. For the price is pretty good in comparison to others, but looking you can do better..

I would like to see cleaner bathrooms, shower curtains that fit properly, beds that are not rock hard and office staff that doesn’t become angry if you call in with a problem. I believe the problems with the office is there is only one person helping customers in an extremely large motel, good service is not possible with only one hotel staff with hundreds of units. Until that changes I will pay more for a better stay experience.

There was significant water damage in the bathroom. The noise was loud. Walls vibrating from loud music. Someone left a vibrator in the room prior to us arriving, was not cleaned out by housekeeper. Expressed all the above to the front desk and I was just looked at a little blankly and was told they’d tell the manager and that was it.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The AC worked great! We did ask for two extra pillows as onlyntwo were provided and they were small and flattened as soon as you put your head on them. Tge front desk lady was "out of office" a lot. There was always people waiting on her return when we passed by and the teo times we had to wait by the office.

Very disappointed
Even though we asked around 4-5 times throughout the whole week of our stay, the hotel never offered room service, fresh towels and never changed our bed sheets. We stayed 6 nights, asked by the front desk for cleaning every day after the 3rd night, and we were keep being told that they will do that that day, but it never happened.

We appreciated the peacefulness of the location. While we understood that Motel 6 is a budget option, we were surprised that after paying over $200 for a one-night stay, basic amenities like single-use shampoo and body wash were not provided, even upon request. Instead, we were directed to purchase them from a vending machine. Despite the price we paid for the room, the only toiletry offered was a small bar of soap.

I am all up for saving cost staying in cheaper places, but the listing wasn't cheap, there was a hole in our sink in the bathroom, holes in the walls, and just an overall rundown feel to the whole room. And I have stayed in some cheap hotels..... If I paid half the cost, I would have expected that, but paying close to $250 Canadian a night for that, is not an experience I would do again.
