While trying to sleep, someone attempted to enter my room. Fortunately, I had the security latch fastened. They thought it was their room and told me the receptionist assigned them the room. When I called the front desk, he had no clue what I was talking about. Needless to say, I did not sleep well that night. Perhaps it was an oversight or isolated incident. Either way, you have lost my faith and confidence.

We were happy to be able to switch rooms as the first one we were assigned smelled of wet dog as they are a pet friendly place. Apparently all rooms are pet friendly we were informed.

The property is clearly an old hotel...that some new things were slapped in. It smelled old, and kinda like a dog. It was a the cheapest hotel in seattle, it was fine for what I needed.

I booked a reservation at 5:00 PM and was not put in my room until 6:37 PM after trying to check in at 5 PM. I was told by the front desk, lady that the maintenance ladies was unable to clean the room I requested for two hours after already waiting the hour and a half to check in. I have two rooms. I was turning on being like that for the rest of the week . The general manager Travis Romine cancel my room very hostile called me a liar said we would never let you check out at 12 o’clock. That never happened. We never let you hanging for two hours. Mind you he was not there so I had housekeeping, and the general manager be extremely rude to me. Call me a liar. Call me at my name, housekeeping called my mom. The B word the manager Travis looks like he’s on drugs and that’s not me. Insulting him. He definitely looks like he was under the influence. There was no reason for him to be that hostile. I had just woken up. Welcome to Seattle I guess. The maintenance is lazy and nosy. The general manager clearly doesn’t like his job. They have a roach and attitude problem don’t rent here they will call the police on you for lies they told you. Who lies about a 12 a’clock check out ? I sure didn’t.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the light rail which takes you into the city and the airport for $3 each way - amazing value! The hotel isn’t fancy but the room was well-maintained. Overall, it was a great value as well

Room was clean and tidy. It is an extended stay, so there is no breakfast offered. If price is your motivation, then this place is worth the stay. Easy access on and off the freeway. Good parking and a quiet location.

The staff was nice and supported the operation. However, I wouldn’t stay here again. Hotel doesn’t really provide shampoo or conditioner. Even you only get one day of coffee. After that you are “on your own” Room was made up once in a week. Smelled like greasy hamburger. At approx $120 per night for a hotel room I am expecting more than this. Good: near train, can get around town and even to airport. feels safe Bad: room quality, policies of hotel not commensurate with cost

Great for budget travel

The hotel was conveniently located for our trip. Easy to get to from the freeway, and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds appeared to be clean and well kept, although we eventually noticed that other folks were not cleaning up after their dogs and many of the grassy areas smelled pretty bad. The rooms are very clean, it's obvious the cleaning staff is doing a great job. The only possible negative is that the rooms need a little updating. Our room in particular had some minor issues like broken tiles, a large gap in the wood flooring, the finish was peeling off the tub, etc. It was all cosmetic, and easy to look over given that it was cleaner and safer than you would typically find at this price point. Overall a great place to stay if you're traveling on a budget.

The smell of bleach and other cleaning solutions was overwhelming. The bathtub faucet was falling out of the wall and the tub and surrounding tiles were dirty. The bath vent fan was nonfunctional. The lighting in the room was dim and inadequate for the space. This made the room look and feel like a dark creepy underground laboratory. Not a place where you want to spend the night. Beds were comfortable though and sheets were clean.
