Despite the policy that the room must be cleaned every three days, and despite calling and asking the front office staff every. single. day. to clean my room, I stayed here for 10 days without a single cleaning. When I first arrived in the room, it didn't seem to have been cleaned well, either, so I spent the first half hour scraping dried and splashed food off the walls. The staff were rude and unaware of the difference between a service animal and an emotional support animal. The window did not seal properly, so you couldn't lock it, meaning that someone could reach their hand in from outside and unlock my door. The bathroom sink splashed water onto your feet when in use. The "full kitchenette" was empty, so you had to request dishware from the front office, but you wouldn't know until you got into the room.
There was a customer satisfaction email left in both the room and sitting in the office, asking guests to reach out with any concerns, and they would make it right. Well, I wrote a well-composed, detailed email about these issues after my stay, and they offered me a refund on ONE night -- I had to stay in that filthy room for 10 days!!
Would NOT recommend staying here to anyone, and I have narcolepsy, so I can literally sleep anywhere.
