We arrived at 2:30 for check-in. The check-in employees were polite, kind, and helpful. We waited until 4. The room was not ready. The bar area was extremely enjoyable so we did not mind. Everyone who assisted or were working, were 5 star.

I found the hotel excellent, great service and really nice staff (especially the young front desk lady originally from Ukraine - Victoria? and a nice man with glasses at the breakfast buffet). The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever experienced. The bed was very comfortable and loved the bathroom. The housekeeping was excellent as well. The location is great as we could walk to almost everything and the waterfront so close by. It’s a shame it’s located along the 3rd Avenue which is rather rundown, but I guess that is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is historic and has a lot of charm and lovely atmosphere. I can’t wait to stay at the Artic Club Hotel again.

The Arctic is a wonderfully restoed historic hotel with top- notch staff. It's close to the waterfront and in the heart of downtown without being congested. The breakfast was a feast and the bar-lobby was another historic treat.

This is a comfortable and slightly quirky hotel. For example… a polar bear in the bar ( not live) and there is a wonderful decoration theme in the rooms. Loved it! The staff is outstanding from the valet parking attendant, to Sharon at checkin and the servers in the bar! Be sure to try a Marie Antoinette cocktail! It come with cake!

The hotel is nice inside but in a terrible neighborhood. The homeless population is overrunning the area and extremely loud at night, even from the higher floors. The bartender is super rude and each time I stepped outside the doors I felt unsafe.

I loved this place! Super comfortable bed. Tall ceilings, great atmosphere. Very attentive staff. My room was spacious with a wonderful soaking tub. Easy walk to Pike Place. I'm a 73 year old solo traveler and I never felt unsafe walking around town, even at night.
