The staff was very helpful and friendly. We just didnt feel safe walking around the neighborhood. A lot of homeless, saw rats outside.

Perfect Location to Walk to Market, Space Needle
Very friendly staff, great housekeeping, the best coffee in lobby from 6:00 to 2:00. Also in room Wolfgang Puck coffee, complimentary snacks in room. The best thick bath towels and nice toiletries. Very close to Washington State Ferry. Downtown Seattle has a lot of homeless people all over but none bothered us during our two day visit. We will return to this hotel next visit.

We have stayed here twice now and love the location. Its easy to walk everywhere so we dont have to rent a car. They have bicycles and helmets you can use if you would like. A lovely roof top patio and the staff are so nice and helpful.

The Belltown was very convenient for visiting the tourist areas of Seattle, with easy walking access to Seattle Center and the waterfront. We were able to ride the train in from the airport. On the downside, the area of town seemed to have a large number of homeless and some drug use and panhandling after dark, and the area restaurants were a little more costly than we expected. Overall we had a great experience and would stay there again.

Second time staying here. We would definitely stay again. Clean, comfortable but small rooms. Include a frig, microwave and small extra sink. This is a busy place and the staff is very friendly and good at their jobs. A few good restaurants near by. Biggest plus is the location within walking distance to city center (Chihuly, Space Needle, etc and) Pike Place Market. Third avenue is not the best of areas but it was not a problem for us.
