The hotel was great. Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was good, shower was hot with good pressure, bed was comfortable (which I rarely say about a hotel). It is newly redone and smaller than most hotels which kept noise down. We will stay here again.

I had no issue with the room itself, however, the a/c unit made a very loud sound every time it turned on. There's no way to get a good night's sleep there. The staff asked about my stay when I was checking out, and I told them about the a/c issue. She just said, "sorry", and took my key. I don known what I was expecting from telling them, but they offered nothing to easy my frustration. There is no way that no matter jenhas complained about the that. I feel like they don't care.

The property is pretty ok , the breakfast is outstanding. We only, faced one problem as we travelled from phoenix to Sedona at late night , we had no complimentary water bottles in the room .. which was very different from other hotels . At least 2 water bottles to start with would have been great .

Great staff! The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were atrocious. The clientele staying at the hotel were not what I would want to stay with going forward. Loud talking/laughing/banging on doors all night.

We were only there overnight but the staff was very friendly and professional. The property was updated and clean. Our rating would be excellent except the bed was queen, not king, the room was for handicapped so shower was not ideal and it cost over $400 per night! If the room rate was even close to reasonable.......

What a totally charming place! The extras were a bit mind-blowing for something that's affordable to the average traveler. For us, it wasn't the season to use their beautiful swimming pool, but a dreamy meditation room with massage chairs and sound therapy? Wow. Yes, thank you. And there is a big living room for anyone wanting to expand beyond their sleeping space. I would change out the bulbs, swapping soft white for the garish daylight. But no complaint. 5-star breakfast with French pastry, hot proteins including cheese omelets, yogurt dispenser with excellent toppings, and sensibly placed hot drinks bar (available all day) made it an elegant experience to start the day. Thanks to Micah for his nice hospitality style, and in the morning, the front desk pro who treated me to a dreamsuckle soda from a machine at reception!
