It’s a beautiful property, my family and I have been staying here every year and it seems from our last trip the staff have stopped cleaning and taking care of the rooms. I had to move rooms because my room was dirty (ie spill in shower stall floor, spots on furniture, debris on chair, and spots on the floors. Mold between the shower glass doors, vents were dusty, shower head had calcium buildup..I booked two rooms both were similar. My mom works in housekeeping so maybe it stood out more to us than most. I hope conditions improve for our trip next year.

We got to the hotel and everything was very modern and nice, but when we got to our room the only thing I did not like was the shower. The shower head was very dirty and foggy and little to no water came out.

Great views and a nice spot if your looking to get out of phoenix butt not drive to far. We went to Sedona to get in the cold water and stayed here… night club inside Casino and everything you need in one spot!

Exceptionally nice, clean, updated property. The check-in would have been much easier had the staff given us a map of the property and indicated where we could find parking. Instead, they seemed to push the valet parking option.

Great experience friendly staff, clean room and great food and beverage options. Highly recommend. This hotel had many options for a fun weekend, with everything from casual dining and entertainment to a special dinner at Storytellers. We will be back for sure a great one stop experience.
