Quail Cottage is a charming, and very spacious 1 bedroom freestanding cottage, with its own secluded patio and outdoor seating with a wonderful view and a hot tub for guests exclusive use.The main living room has high ceilings, and lots of light from the large south facing windows, but is shaded in the summer from the sun, by the trees around it. The communal room boasts a full kitchen, dining table and breakfast bar overlooking the patio, has a really comfortable Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 ) , streaming TV ( Netflix, amazon, YouTube TV), internet and beautiful faux finished walls that go throughout the cottage. The bedroom, also large with big windows, has a king bed, and a queen futon sofa bed for extra sleeping options. The cottage has a full bathroom with bath and shower, and is decorated in wonderful sea colors. The whole cottage has a beautiful Zen comfortable feel to it.
Quail cottage is situated on a 2 acre property at the end of a lane, parking is free and next to the building.
The trails for biking and hiking are right out the door, no need to drive anywhere. Mountain bikers and hikers would love this place. This is a very friendly and relaxed place, with lots of space.
We have chickens, dogs and garden, and teenagers and all the associated activity, and centrally located for Sedona and hiking biking trails. You get the best of everything here, a rural setting, surrounded by the gorgeous red rocks, hiking out the door, with all the restaurants and shops Sedona has to offer, 10 minutes away.
WE do not do month long bookings . The most we do is 10 days, sometimes two weeks- it is not suitable for longer holiday bookings, but only for short stays.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Great energy place
Super cute place with great energy. A nice little spot that embodies the spirit of what many seek in Sedona. Owner was nice and attentive. Keep a close eye for the small road leading to the property as it can be a bit tricky to find at first glance but they do a good job of describing how to find it in the invite emails. Would recommend this place for a solo or couple excursion.

Our stay in Sedona was incredible and part of it was the Quail Cottage we called home for a week. It was the perfect home base for our adventures. This little cabin checked all of the boxes. It was comfortable, well appointed, clean, and beat of all -quiet. The hot tub under the stars was awesome. Bridget is right there if you need anything, and her dogs are so sweet. We loved the walk to the creek! This is definitely one we would stay in again.

We had an excellent time. After each of our days hiking and and exploring the area we came back to a cosy place to relax. It was peaceful and quiet. The location is great; close enough to town but also secluded. Bridget was an amazing host. She was always responsive to our needs or questions. And the fresh eggs we an unexpected treat. Christmas get away
Bridget and Tanith were excellent hosts! Due to weather we had to arrive 2 days early and they worked with us and put us in a sweet tiny home on their property until we were able to get into our original rental. The whole experience was so relaxing! The hot tub was SO nice after all the hikes we did with our dogs. Thank you and we will definitely stay here again when we are in Sedona. No doubt!!

Bridget was very helpful, but left us to our privacy after our introduction. The place is perfect for an affordable rental in an ideal location for hiking and accessing all the best places to eat and shop. She kept the hot tub ready for us at all times, no waiting around for it to heat up and it was very clean. Recommend!

A little slice of heaven
Thank you for your hospitality. My husband and I had such a wonderful time staying at Quail Cottage. The cottage had everything we could have needed. The location was perfect and the view on the way back to the cottage every night was as beautiful as the view from some of the hikes we took while in Sedona. Cozy cottage that was perfect for a long weekend stay. The hot tub was great and clean. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The driveway could be difficult for low-clearance vehicles, but otherwise excellent location!
