Easy stay

The house was cozy, nearby to lots of convenient sites and shopping. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and just easy to relax. Would recommend!

Sedona get away

House was exactly like the pictures - clean, kitchen cook ready, private back yard, centrallylocated, welcome book very helpful. Perfect set up for 4 adults. Close to hiking trails, friendly neighbors, and we even saw the Javilina’s!!!

Beautiful and Convenient Location

Really beautiful house, nicely decorated, equipped and a great location. The property manager was quick to respond when I had questions. My only complaint (and this is across the board with VRBO Properties) is the steep cleaning fees coupled with the fact that you are requested to then strip the beds and take out the trash, etc.

Excellent Location Terrible Tub Drain

Small home Excellent Location, Right Size for 2 couples as two of the bedrooms had King beds. View of Coffee Pot Rock & Thunder Mountain was good, however shrubs were Poorly Trimmed causing partial obstruction of a other wise Beautiful View.. Also a Dead/ almost dead pine tree also obstructed the view. Had to buy viniger to get the coffee pot to work. The Hall tub Shower combo did not drain had to stand in ankle deep water, Evole has been claiming since January of 2024 they are working to resolve this…they have had from January to Oct …nothing done. So would I stay here Again…only if Shurbs, Dying Tree & that clogged tub was actually REPAIRED.

Exceeded expectations!

My friends and i came up from Phoenix for a girls weekend and were highly impressed with this home. It's better than the pictures! The beds are all super comfy, the house was very clean. Over all a fantastic stay.

Amazing!

We had such an amazing time, the house is so spacious and the kitchen is amazing with all of the amenities that you could need to cook at home. Beautiful home with a decent view from the backyard. Lots of access to hiking close by. We left some stuff there and the owner of the house sent it back to us and was so kind! Thank you for our stay!

Quick Sedona Visit

Really enjoyed our quick visit to Sedona and stay! House was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, clean and spacious. Back patio was the icing on the cake with the view of the rocks!! Washer/dryer was nice. Beds comfortable. Hallway bathtub was slow to drain, but was nothing concerning. Also asked property manager about a fire and said no burn ban right now, but we didn't have a fire anyways. Was sad to only stay a short 2 nights and can't wait to return!

Good but could have been better

Overall good property at great location. Several family members got allergies most likely due to pet s staying before us. One of the cough cushions was chewed up. Temperature control was erratic and shower water gets cold if showering simultaneously in both bathrooms. A portable fan would have been nice as only master bedroom has a fan.

The property was overgrown, front deck in poor condition and the patio furniture was covered up with a faded and torn tarp. Not a great look for your first impression. You have to stage your showers because the hot water heater can’t handle two showers at once. The bathtub fills with dirty water when showering. The drain has issues and they know about it evidenced by all the Draino bottles. They do tell you about this after you’ve paid. When I contacted the manager about that she responded that this info is in the listing. No…it is not. I did a screen shot of the listing. Not there. They also mention that you can’t use the fireplace in the bedroom and it is possible that the gas fireplace will run out of gas and if so, too bad. The wrong WiFi password was included in the instruction book in house. It took nearly a day to get the correct information. The house was okay, but it was definitely overpriced for what it is.

Perfect spot in Sedona

We loved our stay here. Despite the heat wave, we were able to hike all around Sedona in the mornings and come back and relax in this perfect house all afternoon. Location is great and house was extremely well kept. Back yard view is so perfect it almost looks fake. Owner of property was very attentive to an issue that arose and handled it as quickly as he could. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
