This bright and airy bungalow in the heart of Sedona is perfectly located with a private backyard and patio area that is fully fenced in and enclosed. It is walking distance to restaurants, Whole Foods, coffee shops, movie theater, yoga studios and much more. Whether you are coming to explore the 400+ miles of hikes and biking trails all around us, the healing of the vortexes or a special event, this home in a quiet, mature neighborhood with serene outdoor lounge space will be everything you need and more.

Our gorgeously remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom private home offers an open concept with fully stocked brand-new kitchen that is not your average vacation rental! We want you to feel right at home to cook, entertain and enjoy yourself.

LAYOUT

* MAIN BEDROOM: Queen bed with plush supportive mattress, silky tencel sheets, fluffy comforter and pillows, room darkening roman shades

* LIVING ROOM/ADDITIONAL BEDROOM: Double twin trundle beds with comfortable mattresses, fluffy comforters and pillows, ultrasoft combed cotton sheets

* BATHROOM: Tub/shower combo with great water pressure, organic fibrosoft towels, extra storage, and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided.

* KITCHEN: Stocked with stainless steel state-of-the-art appliances, all the essentials and much more to prepare your favorite meals and drinks. You find quality pots and pans, baking dishes, storage containers, sharp knives, citrus juicer, blender and other gadgets you don't need but want to have, French press, Nespresso machine with milk frother and coffee pods….pretty much most anything to make your stay wonderful.

* DINING: Seating for four at the gorgeous indoor as well as outdoor wood dining tables as well as three at the breakfast bar island. Fabric napkins are available if you're feeling fancy.

* ENTERTAINMENT: Our high-speed internet is ready for you and all your devices in case you need to get some work done during your stay. We have a SmartTV loaded with all the many streaming apps. We also have some kids and adult board games for a break from screen time.

OUTDOOR

* PATIO & BACKYARD: One of our favorite things about this property (and there are many) is the zen outdoor lounge space. With tons of lounge options, hammock chairs, yoga mats/blocks, dining with propane BBQ grill, and fire pit with seating for six. Bonus: we have lots of yoga mats and blocks to meditate or get your downward dog on. We also have a laundry room off the patio available for you to use because how nice is it to come home from a trip with clean clothes? Little secret: we planted a sweet honeycrisp apple tree in the backyard so check back for fresh apples.

* FRONT HOUSE: We have a completely separate in every way three-bedroom, two-bathroom front house that is the same style and newly complete that could be rented should you need more space. We are happy to send you the listing. LOCATION: The Birch Bungalows are situated in the heart of Sedona, Arizona. Minutes from uptown Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and the Sedona Airport. We are just 2 hours from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport, and the Grand Canyon and 1 hour from Flagstaff Amtrak train station (highly recommend a sleeper car arrival into Northern AZ). We are 40 minutes from the old mining town of Jerome, nearby wineries and just 25 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

We loved this spot. Conveniently located in Sedona by the Whole Foods and out of the crazy of central town. The back/court yard was immensely private and chihuahua proof. We loved this comfortable house with all the conveniences of home.

nice stay for a couple
We enjoyed our stay, especially for the outside space for our older dog who spent all his time out there. Bed was comfy and the place was very clean. It had all amenities for cooking although we ate with family and at restaurants during our short visit which was focused on visiting family and hiking.Location good, but note you can't really walk anywhere because of the very busy road which is hard to cross ( but not loud in unit) . We are seniors, found the living room area a bit crowded ( but accurately pictured) and the seating both inside and outside uncomfortable. I think a younger couple would find the place just wonderful.

We loved the location. The house was clean and the perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed the covered patio. Spent a lot of time there in the morning and evening. Only thing I would suggest: have a regular coffee maker. Not all of us use a French Press. It was helpful having a washer and dryer. Would highly recommend!

Great place and location!
This property is amazing - very modern with many amenities. The yard is completely fenced in which was great for having a dog. The front patio is adorable and perfect for a small dinner party. The bedding and towels were so nice. There is so much luxury packed into this cute place. Very private - I was a little concerned with it being the back house but the owners have done such a nice job of keeping it separated. Some of the pics on this listing were of the front house (i.e. back yard) but it didn’t matter to me because there was plenty of outdoor space. Great communication from the owner and everything was very easy to find. I loved how simple the exit instructions were! Thank you!

This was our second time staying here. The location is great, and it's in a very quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to several restaurants. The property itself is very nice, as well as all the furnishings. Will definitely stay again.

On a side street off the hustle bustle made it quiet and private, yet still in town close to everything needed. Home was well stocked and well maintained for that at home comfort after a day of hiking. My wife and I have been using VRBO several times per year for the last 27 years and this experience would rank towards the top.

Nicely appointed house for the two of us in a perfect location for visiting all of Sedona’s sites. Loved the outside patio space. The communication with the owner was exemplary. Kitchen is roomy and functional for cooking your meals. Groceries and restaurants are close by. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Oasis in the Heart of the High Desert
The property was absolutely stunning and exceeded expectations. The inside was impeccable and the Scandinavian style interior exuded a cozy, relaxing, and inviting vibe. The owners were more than accommodating and provided extensive details on the local area including recommendations on local eateries, sights, and activities. I would recommend this place a thousand times over despite wanting to keep it my best kept secret of where to stay in Sedona.
