Located in the heart of West Sedona, it is an easy walking distance to several restaurants and markets including Whole Foods, Chocola Tree Organic Eatery, Tortas De Fuego, Bicycle and ATV rental places and more.
It is conveniently located near all of the action yet secluded enough for peace and tranquility. This home was built in 2006 and features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with all the amenities you can wish for to renew and recharge.

Our house is located in central Sedona location, right off of 89A. It is a block away from Sedona’s popular restaurants - Chocola Tree Organic Eatery, Tortas de Fuego and more. It is across the street from the popular Thunder Mountain Mountain Bikes and Red Rock ATVs.
As you walk into our home, you are greeted with an open floor layout. The spacious, comfortable living room features a 65” 4K smart TV with a Blu-ray player and electric fireplace. From the living room you have access to the front patio lounge area where you can enjoy the scenic view of Thunder Mountain.
The living room merges into our dining room where you will find our 72” dining table with accommodations for 8 guests.
Our open kitchen has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for you to prepare your meals. The kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, Ninja blender, microwave oven, keurig coffee maker, bakeware, wine glasses, electric water kettle, and much more. We provide gourmet coffee, teas, sugar, creamer, and sweeteners. The pantry is loaded with a ton of condiments including jam, ketchup, mustard, sugar, plenty of spices, cooking oil, cooking spray, and much more.
All bedrooms have Revive Mattresses, 1 Cal King 2 Queen size, and 2 twins. We use top quality bedding. Each bedroom has a 4k smart tv with all the channels including HBO and Showtime.
Top quality towels are provided in each bathroom. Our bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash. Each bathroom comes with a blow dryer.
Master Bedroom is located on the bottom floor. A beautiful California king bed with a 55” 4K smart TV to enjoy a movie in bed.
Located next to the master bedroom, second bedroom has two twin size bunk beds with a 55” 4K smart tv. This bedroom has a sliding door access to the front patio.
Third bedroom is located upstairs to the spacious 2 queens bedroom where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Thunder mountain. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi in the master bath. This bedroom also has a 55” 4K smart TV.
All bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash.
The laundry room is located on the bottom floor with two sets of washer and dryer along with detergent for your use.
The property has a patio where you can enjoy the stunning views of Thunder mountain. The patio is located in the front of the house and has a gas barbeque grill, natural gas fireplace, and a lounge area.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors.

Nice property in the middle of town.
We had two families staying on the property with a total of four adults, two teenagers, and three kids. The listing showed a total of two bunk beds or four twin beds at the time of listing so we were surprised to see only one bunk bed or two twin beds. Just a warning if the listing is not updated to accurately show one bunk bed. Other than that, there was plenty of space for the nine of us. The house is in a great location where you can walk to restaurants, shops, and spas. I was surprised that it was right on the corner of the main street but there wasn't much noise from the street. Some things need fixing like broken blinds in the kids room and living room so if feels a bit more secure, especially when sleeping, but hopefully those minor things are fixed quickly when the owners do a walk through.

Host was delightful. House clean and comfortable, although better for a family than two senior couples. We weren't cooking but kitchen had everything you need to cook including spices. In a humble neighborhood and humble house that needed touch ups and updating for the price.

The house is in a great location since it's close to almost everything you need. It's close to a busy street but the noise doesn't come in the house. We spent 5 memorable days in this great place. It has really made some wonderful memories for all 8 of us. Thanks the host Ramazan for the easy communication and pleasant personality. He even bought us a DVD player in Christmas Eve which was seen as the best Christmas gift from Santa for my kids. Thank you for being patient and accommodating. We would definitely love to stay here again if we come to Sedona in the future.

Property was exactly as described. The house was beautiful and well stocked with everything needed including linens, shampoo, body wash, coffee and tea. The home was very cozy, and the full size Christmas tree was a great surprise! I would not hesitate to stay there again if my travels bring me back to Sedona.

Perfect for us
This property was perfect for our us and our kids while in town for our wedding. Plenty of beds and space for us and our children. Kitchen and bathrooms had all we needed. Property is very conveniently located We will stay here again if we need this much room.

I liked the location and thought it was a great walking distance from restaurants and stores. It was also centrally located to other attractions. The house was comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be the broken top rack in the dishwasher and maybe more towels. I still have a 5 star review because this is literally my only complaint. Great house for large groups

We stayed here with my sister’s family for 3 nights and we loved it! The place was clean and It was really easy to get a hild of the host for questions. He also has a restaurant about 1 mile down the road called Nick’s and the food was great! We would come back and stay here if we come back to Sedona.

A Weekend Getaway
I've stayed in quite a few places and will say this has been a favorite place we have stayed. The location is in a great spot, near grocery stores, restaurants, and an easy drive to major trailheads. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked which was an added bonus. Communication and check in was very quick and easy. Will look forward to staying here again.
