Just minutes to the Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches, this one-level design offers a living area, a dining room, an updated well-equipped kitchen that was renovated in 2019 to include a large island and new flooring), and four bedrooms, including the main suite with its own large tub and separate shower. There's a screened porch with gas grill too! In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. 5 TVs (the TVs in the living room and primary bedroom offer cable service, while the remaining TVs are set up for streaming only), DVD, gas fireplace, gas grill, WiFi. The garage is available for storage only; not for parking.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
