Nice hotel
The location is beautiful and convenient. Everything is in good shape. We had a very comfortable one night stay. Just little surprised they charge guests for self parking.

We liked the location and scenery. Staff was friendly and room comfortable and quiet. The scent in the whole hotel was refreshing.

Ok for the price, except for a few issues
Overall, ok except the room stayed very warm on a cold night even with the heat turned low, the hallway carpet was very dirty, and there wasn’t much food selection at the breakfast.

Our room had 2 queen beds, and one of them was literally broken. We spoke to the front desk manager, and she merely offered to give us a refund on our parking fee.

The representative at check-in Paula was not professional at all. Does not have the basic customer service skills when it comes to communication style, accommodating customer requests or basic response to inquiries. As a repeat guest I would expect common courtesy and be met with professionalism at check-in (it wasnt the usual staff).

Pros: great staff! Comfy beds. Excellent location for walking, dining, and shopping. Cons: parking is not free and can get up in price. The room we stayed in was a little banged up! The walls had paint gouges in them like someone was trashing the room. The ottomans had handles that were broken and dangling off, and the security latch on the door was broken, so we couldn't use it as an added security when sleeping and showering.

Our heat wasn't working. We had to move rooms. They moved us into the basement and the room was dirty and rundown. There was screaming in the middle of the night, to the point where it was impossible to sleep.
