The house 'Rotkäppchen' in one of the most beautiful seaside resorts Rügen Sellin is characterized by its ideal location. If you sit on our covered terrace, you can often observe deer in the adjacent forest. Due to the high location of the property, you can catch even a little Baltic Sea view through the deciduous forest in the low-growing time. Directly from the property you can take wonderful forest walks to the hunting lodge Granitz and Binz. In winter, the sled should not be missing for the children, as they also find smaller hills right outside the front door. The house was completely gutted in 2014 and newly furnished in country style modern. On the ground floor you will find next to a small hall a living / kitchen / dining room with about 35m ² with fully equipped kitchen, dining area with bar, sitting area with pullout couch, TV and stove, a modern spacious bathroom with large shower and modern washing area and a separate toilet with washing area and washing machine.
