Very nice hotel, I would stay there again. AC worked very well in August. I wish they would have a pick up service from the train station and back, a five star property should have a complimentary shuttle for their guests.

First time in Italy and traveling solo. Great location that was walking distance to everything, staff was excellent, hotel was very clean. The attractions were very beautiful. Busy but not unbearable. The only downside was the Caesar salad I ordered from room service. No flavor but the arrival was quick. Perhaps my tadtebuds are used to a more garlicky North American style salad.
