The room was clean. The hotel and area outside was very busy. Desk staff was very nice. Only one elevator was working. Hallways smelled of cigars and pot. The bedding provided for the pullout sofa was sparse and very worn. Other beds were lumpy and seemed very worn out. Outside loud cars were cruising and people were partying loudly until well after midnight. Not a restful night at all. For the cost of the stay this is not what I expected.

Nice hotel, but lacking in areas.
The pull out bed had a large stain. There were clean linens to put on it, but no pillows with the linens. The address from Hotels.com didn't get us there when following the Google link in the email. I had to search Google. We were not informed there was a parking charge, simply asked if we would be parking and given a parking pass. It wasn't until the next day that I received the charge after we'd left that I found out.

Property was clean. I specifically appreciated the parking lot attendant at night who kept parking spaces open for the customers. He was very pleasant and made me feel safe going into the hotel by myself at night. We stayed a week and this is our 3rd stay when my husband has to go into the hospital. Thanks for being a good place to stay at a reasonable rate.
