Clean updated room. Not a lot of frills, but great for a room, shower and sleeping. Walkable to train station and many other places in area.

Staff was helpful but a little light on English. Good breakfast buffet, not a monster buffet, but at least one of each good for usually done well. Management of held luggage a little casual.

The One Five Sendai was very nice and a great location for everything we wanted to do there! The only negative was I didn't realize they allow smoking so it smelled pretty strongly of cigarettes in the halls and the room. The air purifier helped though and overall was a nice place to stay otherwise!

Great location directly across the street from a subway entrance. One subway stop from the main station. New and modern, clean. A really amazing buffet breakfast for a hotel of this class. The rooms are larger than usual for this type of hotel. It was very quiet. I really like the place and I would go back anytime.

Short stay on a holiday weekend.
I was visiting a friend in Sendai over this holiday weekend. The price was high due to the holiday but not terrible. The only problem I had was some difficulty with WiFi when I first checked in. After that it was fine. The hotel is very elegant and eco-aware. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and professional. One thing that is a little unique is the kiosk used for check-in. Luckily the staff helped my use this device, which takes a little getting used to.

The room was a bit small, but I had a pretty comfortable stay. After checking out, I left my luggage at the front desk, but I felt uneasy about the security. I would have preferred if they managed it with tags that could identify each person.

Overall it is a modern and spacious hotel. We are puzzled about the absence of any coffee sachets in the room or front desk, as this is a very basic requirement in any hotel nowadays!

Nice new hotel
This is a new hotel, with everything quite new and clean. It's very close to one subway station, and it's less than 10 minutes of walking distance away from Sendai Station, where you can find all the restaurants and stores. Also a few convenience stores very close. Overall, we enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Very good stay!
The hotel is very new and clean, and modern looking too. The location is convenient. The staff are kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, although the room had no view at all. It’s facing a tall building so all we could see was the wall of that building. It didn’t bother us much though since the room was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Sendai. The parking on site was nice.

Very nice hotel conveniently located a short walk from Sendai station. The room was very comfortable, clean, and looked newly updated. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and beverage options. Could not be happier with our stay.
