Convenient location to the airport and outlet is near by to do shopping and dining. Considering how close to the airport, I didn’t notice any large noises. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience

As the closest hotel to Kansai Airport, the shuttle service to and from the airport is surprisingly limited, both in frequency and seating capacity. I chose to stay here because of its proximity to the airport and the convenience of having a shuttle service, but this aspect fell short of expectations.

Stargate hotel is convenient in location and a cheap option but unfortunately the rooms are just straight up stinky- sort of a smoke mixed with mold smell. The staff tried their best and were responsive to our concerns about the smell in our first room and moved us to what was an "upgraded" room but it unfortunately still smelled. I think it is just an old hotel and maybe the culprit was very dirty air vent filters (which I noticed when looking around the room). The breakfast was decent, the hotel shuttle was on time and the view was amazing, but it is hard to get over the smell!

Super location. Just above Rinku town station. If you stay on higher floors, the view was magnificent. The rooms are big but the hotel needs updating. Noise from the train is annoying. Good value.
