Rooms smelled musky
Room smelled liked wer carpet. I asked for help and said they would send someone up. But after more than an hour, I asked again and they said they could just switch us rooms but didn’t accept the offer since we already unpacked. There was construction in front as well and that was never disclosed. However all in all, it was a pleasant stay. Walking distance to Starfield

The property was clean and a good place to stay while in Seoul if you want to be in this area specifically. The staff was nice, but not particularly over friendly. The room for 3 people was extremely tight. Beds were a good size, but there was not enough space for luggage.

The room is spacious with updated and well-maintained facilities . It is not worse than those so called 4 or 5 stars hotel. Hotel rate is very competitive. One of the concern is about the transport. In the return trip, there is the Airport Bus going directly to Incheon, there is no bus stops at all, we have to walk to the Terminal. With lots of construction works undergoing around that area, it is not a pleasant experience to carry the baggages all along to the Bus Terminal.

The hotel does not allow early check in. They ask you to complete online review before check-in and verify before allowing free early check in. If not you will need to pay extra for early check in. Hotel is near samsung coex and location is nice
